I have nothing to say about Lucy Bee products, they are great, but the massive and excessive amount of packaging that come with the product is not so great. I understand you need to protect it while it is on the road, but I think I will buy them in supermarket to avoid dealing with those packaging.

HI, when sending products out via a courier, we are faced with a dilemma. On the one hand, we aim to be as ethical as we can and aware of waste and the environment, and on the other hand, we need to make sure products arrive in one piece. In getting your order from our warehouse to your delivery address, the package(s) is handled numerous times, all of which can have an impact, plus we need to be conscious of protecting the products, whether they are glass, liquids etc. as in this case here. Please know that we do consider very carefully the packaging that we are using for this internet shopping. Petrina

Great products but biggest downfall is charging £10 for delivery to the Highlands of Scotland . A lot of websites I order from are free p&p I felt this was a bit ridiculous

Whilst we fully appreciate the frustration regarding the delivery charge, I'd like to explain the reason for this.......We are actually charged £17 to deliver this (we only ever use a tracked service, for obvious reasons) and we realise that this is expensive so rather than pass the delivery fee on in full, we pay for £7 of it. We feel that this is very fair and assure you that we are looking to find a less expensive alternative, though this needs to still be a tracked service. Petrina

I bought 2 products for a gift so am unable to comment on the products themselves. However the amount of emails I received was just obscene, both emails and text message notifications. I received at least 6 of both between ordering and receiving the items. Surely this is a bit OTT.

Sorry you feel this way about the notifications sent from ourselves and DPD. Lucy Bee send emails to a) confirm that we’ve received your order, b) confirm when your order has been processed and is on its way to you and c) to give tips on how to use our products, which customers have said they find very useful. The remaining messages are from DPD to confirm receipt of your order and parcel and then to advise on your one-hour delivery slot. I appreciate that this may seem to be a lot but it’s so you’re aware of what’s happening with your order. Thank you for your feedback, Rian.

Great product was a little disappointed with the packaging the blue tissue looked old and was torn and as it is a Christmas gift was a little disappointed.

Hi Caroline, thank you for your feedback which we really appreciate. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the way you received your order. The blue tissue paper is used in the boxes to make sure that the products don't move around when in transit to you - I can assure you that the tissue paper wasn't old and used! We hope that the recipient still liked their gift and is enjoying their new skincare products. Georgia

Hi there, I can't offer a review as I have only recently received the products and are yet to use them. Products came safely in good packaging and on time. Would be great to have the option to review these products later on once I have used each one. Can I use this link again?
