“I love the watch. Keeps excellent time and the packing was first rate. Only one problem was it did not come with packaged instructions. Had to look up instructions online. Instructions were coded by series numbers rather than the watch model name. Was pretty standard setting it once I realized it was a locking setting stem, but initially did not want to force it or break it. Once unlocked, no problems.”
“I have been wanting a Luminox watch for a long time, specifically the Navy Seal Chrono Diver, blacked out... but never really felt the urge to pull the trigger. Well, this past Black Friday deals peaked my interest, and I ended up finally getting one. I got the one with the yellow fitted band (the blacked out model needs that splash of color for everyday use), but also a regular black band. My only complain, and I must say is a big one, is that the extra band did not come with the spring bars! What the hell, Luminox!? Anyways, so I had to go back, buy spring bars, and wait for them to be delivered before I could use it with the black band... very annoying. Other than that, I am happy. 🙂”
“The watches are great however the warranty process is horrible ….contact is almost impossible and the forms you need to complete on line don’t even work ….great watch industries worse warranty process-bar none!”

“I have been wearing a luminox for the past 20+ years.
My first ones seem to a lot more durable and dependable than current. According to Times Ticking, my last watch I sent in for repair had a cracked backing or housing. Not sure how that happens with watch on my hand.”
“My most recent purchase: Pacific Diver Ripple was to include 2 watch bands + tool to help switch bands, etc.. Upon receiving package, no helpful tool was included and the watch was running (no plastic clip was included to keep this from happening in transit). 2nd time no tool was included, as described in offer. Almost seemed like this specific watch was a 'returned item' repackaged! Disappointed ...”
“The special edition skunk works watching came in a great box with a nice coin with it. The reason I give this a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because the skunk works logo on the face is advertised to also light up in the dark however it does not. The rest of the hands/numbers light up perfectly but the skunk unfortunately does not..”
