“Got a luminox watch. A few days later the watch went on sale. I emailed customer support about the possiblity to price match the new price. Never heard back. If I can't get a simple response from Customer Service about price, imagine the headache if I have a technical issue with the watch.”
“From everybody that I work with who owns one absolutely loves them so I decided to get one for myself. Unfortunately, I can only do a review on customer service at this time. All the questions that I had asked were responded to in a timely fashion with accurate information. I am absolutely pleased with. The reason I can only comment on customer service at this time after my purchase is that I had to ship my watch home so that my wife could repackage it and ship it overseas. I’m a little lost for words for A company so deep And rich in military history to not offer shipping to an APO. So maybe after purchase almost 2 months ago once I finally received my watch, I can leave a proper review.”
“I was fairly disappointed with the leatherback sea turtle. The watch is extremely light, almost toy-like. It feels cheap and it says “Swiss made”. Do not mistake that for a swooping second hand, it’s choppy. All in all, it does work and looks kind of nice. I would however buy a Gshock next time instead. $400 isn’t a fair price for this watch.”
“The band on my Leatherback SEA Turtle Giant doesn't stay in the straps. It's constantly falling out and I have to readjust. I asked customer service for help and they just ignored me telling me that it's normal with wear and tear. It's brand new.”

Ordered the watch for National Purple Heart day a little treat of time to myself and yet they won’t cover for it and expect more money now. Should have stayed with G-Shock”
“I was so excited to purchase a watch from Luminox, in your 35th year. This has special meaning to me as I joined the Army and was a Special Ops soldier. When I got my watch I messed up the cutting of the band and wanted to buy another one. Your customer service department is terrible. Y’all talk a big game and how military and Vet friendly you are. It was such a terrible experience. I was so excited to get one, and yet so terribly disappointed to deal with your customer service with no urgency or effort to help. So sad to see the company who I thought was so Military friendly, is just a facade to sell watches. Very disappointing. Brian Washnock”
“Not a very easy site to use for customer service. Concerns were brought up regarding shipping safety for an order and customer service’s response essentially said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I don’t believe the answer is due to not being able to change anything, simply choosing not to. Basically every question I asked or concern I raised was met with “unfortunately…” meaning, again, Luminox is choosing to do nothing when doing the bare minimum would even be happily met by me.”
“I ordered a replacement rubber watch band after scraping for information from the website. I did not receive an acknowledgement or any advice about shipping status. After 4 weeks, I reached out to customer support and received a note saying I'd recieve the order in an expedited shipment within a few days. About 10 days later, I received a note from the shipper about when the order would be delivered. I'd rate this process terrible as compared to the industry standards. Poor and incomplete communication and extremely slow delivery. While I was waiting, I ordered a no name brand band from Amazon and it was delivered in 2-days. Such a shame for such a great brand.”
“Didn't like the fact that I was told that pins would be with the band and when it arrived they was not in there and I reached out to yall and the answer I got was no pins come with it .really I'm not happy with that answer 😕 especially since I was told they would be in there”
“Online the watch looked very nice. When I got it it still looked good. Two disappointing things though. The watch face is almost impossible to to see even in the light. Also, more importantly, the glow in the dark features are dim and barely able to be seen in complete darkness.”
“What do you watch band that uses recycled OSHA material broke the minute I put it on my wrist very disappointing I sent it back immediately and it’s been two weeks and I have not heard if my refund is going to be processed I am a previous purchaser of the lumen ox watch so I don’t understand what the delay is”
“The watch is nice....customer service is TERRIBLE!!!. Entered a promo code at check out, discount was never applied called for assistance and finally, after 2 days returned an email saying there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous”
