“Not worth the expense, it feels like it is worth about $100, not 3-400.Doesn’t feel very tough , don’t feel it will hold up under stress. The strap is very short , if u have a large wrist won’t fit. Won’t buy anything else from Luminox”
“The watch stopped working a couple of months after I bought it. I then learned that it had no warranty since the Amazon seller was not an authorized Luminox dealer. Had no idea I was buying a watch without a warranty. Suspect the watch was used, not new, even though advertised as new. Amazon refunded most of the money, thankfully. (They kept something called a restocking fee, which I have no idea what that's for). I like Luminox generally but ... lesson learned.”
“I have a Lumi Nox watch that I love and was considering another, BUT.
I ordered a watch band and once I received it I found that I ordered the wrong one. My fault. Upon trying the online return process I ran into issues immediately and decided to send an email to customer service. After 4 days I have received numerous email advertisements and also texts from 'Taylor' attempting to assist with another purchase, but no response to my email asking for help. This makes it hard to leave a glowing response. Service is as important as the products you sell!”
“Own a few Luminox watches. One of the bands broke so I ordered a new one. It's been almost two months and I still have yet to receive the correct band I ordered. I have received two different bands and I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. I love there watches but I'll never buy anything else from them again.”
“The watch is nice but customer service is poor. I sent a message through the website when ordered asking if I could get a different color strap since the website indicates you have a choice. No response was given and they didn't change it. Also, website says shipping done the same day if ordered before 1pm but it took 3 days before UPS got it.”
“I cant write a review as I have not yet received the watch yet. You did not allow me to upgrade the delivery option when I ordered and my order has been delayed three different times. As this was a gift, I am greatly disappointed and will be disappointing my loved one. You need to add other options for delivery.”
“I was very pleased with the customer service part. As far as my purchase, I was not happy. I ordered a rubber strap . Which doesn’t include the pins. The problem is the watch I bought comes with different pins. So I had to buy different pins off Amazon. You would think buying a rubber strap for over $50 it would come with the pins as well. The pins should be included. It’s just not a good look for the company to not add 2 pins with the strap.”
