Wife picked this out after my years of my looking at them. Just opened Xmas morning. I wear a submariner Rolex or two old tag heuers. I was looking for the lights. This one only has lights every two hrs. Cheap call. And they are not that bright after all. The watch itself has no weight. Hate the rubber strap. But she ordered a cloth one. Not sure that will help much. I have a narrow wrist so straps r important. May return.

Very poor customer service and response. The watch I purchased was returned. I very much like the design of Luminox watches but with such poor customer service I had to move on and purchase another watch from a different company.

Item matches the description, but for such an expensive watch, the packaging felt really cheap. There are no pamphlets marketing insights about this beautiful watch that typically come with expensive items. No free cloth to clean the watch face very disappointed.

When I ordered the watch instructions read 10% discount at checkout it never appeared and was charged the full price… the web cite is very deceptive and fraudulent…. Customer service was worse than awlful….. but the have great watches

watch is beautiful, but quality is low, after 3 days of use , it oxidie and turn green, I cleaned but the crown , but when you paid for quality , you should recieve quality, I never have other watch that turn green or change color, never ever

Just spent $755 on a new watch and it just stopped working. I've owned probably eight watches and this watch just stopped I'm going to have to return it

I returned the watch as the hands go not glow as bright in the dark as their advertisement shows. I have not been impressed with the timeliness of their replies from customer service and their replies are not mean but they are not friendly I would have to call them curt. Because of this I started doing research on their Navy Seal model 3001 and found they had settled a class action suit. I asked them if they ever resolved the problem and they never replied. I find it sad what the world is coming to as it affects even commerce and the civility of customer service. I returned the watch and now have to search for a watch that will meet my needs as I had been led to believe the Navy Seal 3001 watch would have done.

Ordered a Navy Seal Foundation watch. Was shipped a box with no watch. Supporting paperwork, a warranty card, a box "sleeve" that had obviously never been used, and a packing list were in the larger box, but no watch box or watch. Zero package tampering after warehouse shipping. $500+ dollars down, two weeks and four emails later, and Luminox/Mondaine is no longer responding other than "still waiting on a response from the warehouse." How do they not have a customer service telephone number? How is their customer service non-existent? How do they sell a watch that represents military service, yet spend no time on service? Never again.

Terrible ordering experience and customer support. Ordered the watch on September 12. Received shipping notice on the 13th. Watch wasn’t actually shipped until the 23rd. Today is the 28th and Instill have not received the watch. I contacted customer support 2 days after the first shipping notification and tracking said it had not been picked up. They only replied with the tracking number. They then did not reply to further attempts to contact them. Only after I opened a dispute with the credit card company was the watch actually shipped.

I never received the watch (MASTERCARBON SEAL AUTOMATIC WATCH) you people do not want to talk to me. Everytime I tryto call you about the watch I get a recording saying you will retun my phone the next business day, and you never do.

I need the "always visible" feature which Luminox provide through the use of tritium. The Luminox 3350 Series Mil Spec watch I just bought is the fourth Luminox watch I have purchased. I was so excited when it arrived. I put on the cammo strap and admired its look and feel. My elation crashed the next morning when I woke up and grabbed my watch to check the time. Where was the seconds hand? I couldn't see it. I could see everything else as expected, but the seconds hand was no longer visible. The seconds hand was obviously not made of tritium like everything else on the watch and was not "always visible" as advertised. I was deeply disappointed and felt as if I had been misled. I love this watch and will wear it until it wears out, but I don't appreciate the fall advertising and being misled. How can this be made right? Correct your advertising or change the seconds hand to also contain tritium. Anyone who already bought a Series 3350 Mil Spec needs to have the seconds hand upgraded to tritium if they desire at no cost. Taking these actions will make it right.

I ordered a watch and the wrong one came - very disappointing as it was a gift for my husband the day of our wedding celebration. I wrote to customer service to let them know hoping they would be willing to get us a new one earlier, and not accommodating.

This weekend the watch was already slightly leaking, fogging, and/or condensating when I was in the water floating. The water hadn’t even been submerged.

The watch I ordered did not illuminate at all. This was the second time I ordered one of you watches that had this problem. I returned both (one I bought on Amazon). Your customer service was terrible. I sent email about the issue which somehow never was received. I called and never was able get through. Then I reached someone in accounting who personally sent email to customer service about my complaint. Then I finally got a reply and was able to process a return. I sent it back on 2/24 and received by you but I still have not been reimbursed. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

The watch I purchased MIL-SPEC is fantastic. I am really enjoying it. The customer service on the other hand is exteremly poor. I have requested over the last 2 weeks to get the owners manual. After 5 seperate customer interactions, it still has not been provided. Bottom line, Great Watch but I will never purchase from the Luminox brand becuase of the customer expereice.
