I was so excited to purchase a watch from Luminox, in your 35th year. This has special meaning to me as I joined the Army and was a Special Ops soldier. When I got my watch I messed up the cutting of the band and wanted to buy another one. Your customer service department is terrible. Y’all talk a big game and how military and Vet friendly you are. It was such a terrible experience. I was so excited to get one, and yet so terribly disappointed to deal with your customer service with no urgency or effort to help. So sad to see the company who I thought was so Military friendly, is just a facade to sell watches. Very disappointing. Brian Washnock
