“I love Luxie Beauty Brushes but I've placed a order with them a lil over a month ago my package arrived with some missing items I reached out to their customer service team and via email (and sent pics with email ect) they responded n had to send them the number of each brush I was missing so I did and I've heard nothing since then and at the beginning they're telling me they will send me replacements fir my missing items n ect no problem well I've done everything on my part they've asked me to so I'm not understanding why I haven't been sent my replacements bc I've paid for them so I'm confused tremendously”

“I really like Luxie brushes, I was very excited to take advantage of a clearance, I ordered the LUXIE Summer Daze Brush Set Pink and Orange.
I have to honest I'm disappointed, this set does not live up the the usual quality of Luxie. The brushes aren't nearly as soft and the wood of the handles feel...well quite frankly cheap, they're light and unbalanced. It's as if they were rebranded.
I hope this isn't what we have to look forward with the new line coming out.”

“I love my brushes and would have given a 5. My only reason for giving a 3 is that I reached out to Luxie about not receiving a brush and I didn't receive a reply back. I've placed 2 orders and loved them with that one exception.”

“The site worked well and the shipping was timely, considering the precautions taken and the delays in all deliveries, currently. The packaging of the products was fantastic and gave the impression of at least some quality, but the brushes themselves left me disappointed. The hair wasn't cut very precisely and the handles on the brushes were curved. I could've forgiven the bristles being a little frayed, bent, or unevenly cut, but to have warped brush handles? That's going to keep me from trusting this brand to deliver at the price they're selling.”
“I received my brushes, was very excited to start using them! There were quite a few fibers that came out the first time I used them... which sucks. I thought they were made better than that. I was also really confused because I had bought a brush prior to the set, and comparing the two colors of the handles, the periwinkle blue, the new brushes were more lavender than blue like my old brush. Overall, they are easy to use and do a great job applying makeup in different creams, powders and liquids, but I was just really dumbfounded about the other issues of fibers coming out and difference in color.”
