“Bought as a Valentines day gift for my wife and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the brushes especially for the price. There is no weight to the brushes and the brushes were extremely hard. Absolutely DO NOT recommend these to anyone. Save your hard earned money and steer clear of Luxie Brushes. We already sent an email and have yet to hear anything from anyone. There is a complete lack of customer service and care.”

“i order this set cause everyone said how fabulous these brushes are but i never received my package from the company and when i report it to them they simple told me that i had to report it to the police to get a report for my missing package which i find to be very unfair they got paid for their product which i never received not once did they offer a replacement to me or credit of any kind so i have no product and the company end up with my money so needless to say i will never ever purchase anything from them again and will make sure to spread the news around so no one else waste their money time or energy with this company”

“it's great when you receive your package, it's a headache when you lost/someone stole your package, and the insurance company route makes it more difficult. If i did not file a claim in UPS, i won't even get an email back from route, Now a police report is needed, already filed a police report and just waiting for the outcome... this is so upsetting. honestly. i did love luxie, and this is the first time i had a problem with them and is not handled well by route, if route is an option for your packages don't waste your money, it causes more problem for situation like this. Luxie replied to me immediately though but since i have the route, route took over.”
