“Excellent service delivery and packing. I had a problem with my order totally my error and it was handled in a professional friendly manner. I had purchased these jeans before, but my local shop had closed so I am now thrilled to be able to purchase them from Luxury Legs. The ease of returning items if something is not quite right has encouraged me to purchase other ranges in the future. I would thoroughly recommend this Company.”

“I had a small issue with paying for my purchase at the checkout, however this was a PayPal issue. After I contacted Luxury legs, they were so helpful and quick to deal with the issue for me. I received my order the very next day and, am so delighted with the leather leggings. I would definitely recommend this company, and will absolutely order from them again. Thank you x”

“I buy from Luxury Legs for several years. Always fast shipment, not a single missing or wrong size item. Last time they overdid themselves: order was dispatched in 45 minutes after I placed it! Purchase from Luxury Legs gives me holiday cheer.”

“Product good, however sizing off, items listed as a 12 was closer to an 8. Returned & asked for next size. 10 days later after no contact called to be told it was out of stock & eventually offered refund. Poor customer service!”

“Terrible customer service. I bought two pairs worth about £60 in total and both ripped within a few hours of wear. Customer service refuses to refund as they ‘couldn’t find a manufactorers fault’, way to back up your products... save your money and stick with Primark or Boots tights.”

After careful examination of the product this was not found to be a manufacturers fault. Therefore we were unable to issue a refund. All of our products are the highest quality and special care needs to be taken care over it.
