“I ordered a mediums size pair of tights in the sale that I particularly wanted and then a couple of other things to make up the cost and not pay postage. I received a size small tights with a sticker to return them if they were the wrong size... I ended up with 2 things that I wouldn't have ordered and the bother of posting back the wrong size tights. Not great.”

“My 2 stars is not for the customer service part of luxury legs, but is for the product quality of the commando thong that I ordered.I'm not sure what I thought I would receive but the quality of this garment is quite poor, with no control on the tummy area whatsoever and I have a more or less flat tummy. If you need control in this area avoid these knickers they will be useless. On the plus side the are very comfortable for a thong style, although not patch on my usual spanx knickers”

“Fantastic service. Ordered a pair of leggings but were too small. The replacements were received extremely quickly. Being Christmas , I did expect a delay, but the service was impeccable, and they updated me on the order status very well. I will definitely use this site again.”
