“Loved the look of these but had to return as the small size were too baggy. I’m size a size 10 but have a slim thigh and flat bottom. shame they are not available in size 8. Id say the small size were more like a size 12 -14”

“I ordered the wrong size in shorts. As soon as I realized, I called them, they canceled the order. I called again asking for an email saying the order was canceled and I was getting a refund. The email wasn’t satisfactory so I replied specifying what I wanted. The following email was perfect and I received the refund very quickly. I can’t comment on quality, but in this instance they were very trustworthy.”

“Ordered Jean's 18th February 2021. Disappointed to say as of 3rd March 2021 I have still not received delivery. Have contacted luxury legs and Hermes carriers and still await an answer about delivery”

“Absolutely love my LYSSE SHAPING JEGGINGS. I have four pairs now. They fit very well and flatter my figure. The black fades slightly but that’s ok with me. I would say they are true to size. I’m a UK SIZE 10 and bought the small. I hope they bring out lighter colours for summer.”

It takes 2-3 working days for a return to make its way back to us.Once we receive the product back in stock this gets checked and customer is sent an email notification letting them know that a refund will be processed within the next 10 working days as most of our staff are working from home and due to the social distancing rules this can sometimes take a bit longer however customers are kept informed about any possible delays.
