Hi Arlene! I'm sorry the shipping time didn't meet your expectations; our free economy shipping option lets us know you're not in a rush, so it's the longest turnaround time. Next time, use one of the paid options for faster shipping. And, I'm not sure why the discount code didn't take, we just refunded you 20% for the MOM20 Sale, no problem. “I usually wear a woman's size medium, ordered the SM/Med robe. It comes down to my ankles, would prefer something mid-calf. Also, it is very heavy. It is very well-made and substantial, so I will be gifting it to someone else.”
