“Great customer service, prompt answers to questions. Thank you Prashant for the help. Very kind and polite team. Considering with Covid situation all the industry is going through tough times, I am happy that I booked with Lycafly where I received full customer care. I had to change my dates due to the traffic light system over and over again. They were very helpful and patient. Great communication with the company via email or by phone. 5*”

“When booking the website was clear. I even received a phone call by their staff when I was completing the order, and the rep stayed on the phone to help with the transaction as I was booking the last two seats and they wanted to ensure the booking was successful.”
