Ordered a pair of sandals for an affair to go to. Paid for expedited shipping so I could have for that day. Received an e-mail saying they were shipped and would receive the following day. The next day in the late afternoon received an e-mail they were delayed. Will not receive to following week. Called customer service they were not helpful could not even understand lady just kept saying your get them not week. Will never shop there again. When you go to department store the quality of all merchandise is not what it use to be. Sales people wear sweats its not the store it use to be.

I had reason to purchase a watch for my wife of 10 years. I went to the watch department at Macys in lake grove and a lady named Geraldine offered to help me. I must say that she does not belong in the watch department because she was only concerned with making a sale and not asking what specifically I was looking for. She showed me watches that were out of my price range and when I said she looked angry and then walked away. I went to another store instead to buy a watch and the service there was extraordinary and my wife loved the watch I got for her.

I bought a suit yesterday at nacy’s downtown SF for my son’s wedding and meet this very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional sales staff , so nice and kind and would like to commend her for a job very well done. Her name is Muntaha, she works at Men’s suit. Thank you so much Muntaha for all your work and kindness most especially your advises on men’s suit!!!!

I have been a loyal Macys customer for 30 years. My balance on my card is always zero. Because of a missed email they sent my account to collection agency for $4.56. My credit score went from 820 to 711. For that reason I will never use my card again or shop at Macys. I hope they go out of business. They actually owe ME money.

I bought a 14-piece Vivica comforter set that looked absolutely beautiful online I went and store it wasn't on stock so I ordered it and it's horrible it's nothing like the picture whatsoever there's way too much color correction and the really pretty eggplant purple that they showed online turned out to be a dirty looking purple as if it hadn't been washed in 10 years looking purple before it even goes on the bed so I wish they would just give us the picture of what we're going to be getting instead of making it look beautiful because it just to save a lot of postage

I had a positive shopping experience with Alison at the formal wear section of Macy’s in Alderwood Mall. She helped me with my choice of a gold long gown for my wedding anniversary. She was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Alison.

I purchased a gold diamond cross from Macy's acouple years ago i purchased the warranty also had no idea it expired on me any way the necklace and cross changed to a bronze color i chated with them and there is nothing they can do i shoped at Macy's alot but never again i purchase jewelry from other jewelry stores and i would get a reminder before my warranty went out very angry customer

The employee, who name is Melba, helped me tremendously at the Garden City Macy’s bedding department. She helped me find the items I needed and gave me spectacular sales at the register. She is employee of the year and a very nice person!!

Highly recommend Macy's Camera Shop in Cebu! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me pick out the perfect new drone. They have a great selection of gear, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's definitely my go-to place for all my camera need.

I've shopped at Macy's for 32 years now but no more! I bought a pillow from them and the had put the wrong pillow in the right bag so I called and they said there was nothing they could do. I bought a $100 wallet in April and by Dec the change pocket was ripped out. Contacted them and again nothing they could do. They would always back their products in the past but not anymore. Having overseas customer service shows how they don't care about quality anymore. I will not shop here again!

My mom shopped at Marshalls Fields in Chicago since I was a child and the quality was equal to Carson Pierre Scott and Evans in my opinion.I shopped at all three stores when I started my family however it was in store where I saw every prom dress for my daughter and item for my home. I had to shop the clearance at high end store since we weren't wealthy and I wanted my children and home to be that of comfort and quality not quality not you toss in a few months. Actually I brought my daughter's complete Chine set ( not sure if people do that anymore) in 2006 from Macy's after they took over Marshall Fields and that was my first ever online purchase since my husband and I moved to NC and my daughter reminded in Illinois. I was beyond excited at the ease I was able to purchase it with a credit card. It wasn't cheap but it was what my daughter wanted. IMPORTANT to my review: it arrived on time and was of the same quality she saw at Macy's in Illinois since Macy's didn't exist in NC yet. So over 20 later what happened to you guys???? I looked on your on line store since the nearest Macy's brick and mortar store is over 35 miles each way and saw your great prices and 2 to 5 days delivery. Earlier if I paid more however I figured each of my 3 orders was well over $100.00 with 2 hitting $150+ so I'll can wait 5 days on the long end. I'm still waiting on one item and it's day 11, with no updates other that it's being processed. FedEx doesn't have it yet. I will wait for my deliveries, stop payment on items not received when my bill comes in and probably won't order from you on line again. Sad, because not only delivery is a problem, I question the quality of some items and believe whoever is your buying should actually see and feel the product and not just look at the description and pictures China post. I'm done venting however I highly doubt it will make a difference other than making me feel better even though I'm a very easy going person who it takes quite a bit to upset

I always loved to shop at macys for years but today I realized that the customer service that they provide now is not the same workers not only don't want to help you but they are also rude about it. Thank you to Maritza the only worker who took her time to get me to the jewelry dept and assist with doing my refund now that's what I call awesome customer service a worker who actually cares about people not the 2 woman that were running that dept they could care less... kudos to you Marita I hope you get recognized for the wonderful peraon you are and thanks again for helping me!

I was shopping in 8000 W Broward Blvd plantation mall FL 33388 and was attended by Menecie at the time and she was very pleasant and helpful in our time of need for my brothers wedding g. She helped my mother to the fullest and was extremely helpful with customer service. She went above and beyond of we needed at the moment and I was great full for everything she did for us. Eyeusalem Game (Macy’s Tacoma) is the best. We bought men’s shoes first (with help from Eyeusalem) fand then headed to the men’s clothing department. Eyeusalem magically was over there, too. Boy, she gets around. She was so helpful with finding sizes for my husband; and so professional and kind. A+ service.
