“Purchased a Gift Subscription on 22 Oct 2013 for a birthday present 10 Nov, nothing arrived as at today, 6 Nov. Had a confirmation email, which I replied to two days ago asking when something would be received, but no response as yet. Free Gift also mentioned in offer, but nothing received yet. Bit disappointed at the level of customer service.”
