This time round, I have received another letter but not magazine received as yet.

“Having purchased this subscription in early Nov as a gift for a poorly friend, I was really disappointed when the subscription was confirmed that the first issue would not be received by Jan. Ideally the turnaround should be improved or at least you should give an indication of how long it will take.”

“The set up of the magazine subscription was easy enough. The free gift came in the form of an email, which was blank! I contacted them to ask for another email with details on, and they've ignored me. I didn't order the magazine for the free gift (luckily) but a response to my email would have been nice (and good customer service!)”

“12 month subscription to National Geographic, It was fairly easy to order the magazine and I trust that it will be delivered regularly to the person I am giving it to as a gift. I am very concerned that I have not received a card or something to give to the gift recipient to let them know what to expect neither have I received the fleece jacket.”
“I ordered the subscription for a xmas present and ticked the box when selecting the magazine, this did not then show on the invoice so I am concerned the magazine will be sent to recipient prior to xmas. I tried to call on 3 occasions and waited for over 10 minutes each time before hanging up feeling frustrated. I have also emailed twice and received no response.
