Magazine order and payment was made in November. No delivery. Because the magazine was being shipped to Japan it cost £66. We were told that it might take six to eight weeks so waited for delivery before querying. Website closed down. Links no longer working. Oh well.

Just found out that magazine ordered as a Christmas present has not been delivered and web site has closed down. £50 quid down the drain and a disappointed friend.

I also paid for a subscription for a Christmas present and none arrived, tried to go onto their web site but it is closed down, tried emailing the address on the closed site but heard nothing. Looks like I've wasted £40

Ordered a Xmas present and just found out the order was not passed to the publisher. Website says they are no longer trading and the phone number provided is completely useless and just advises you to email them. Searched the company on the internet and phones them but just went to voice mail. Have had no response to either the voice mail or the email and have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered GRANTA magazine as a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation email with a "grand total" of £29.95. However when checking my statements I saw that £32.00 was taken from my account. Granta customer service are saying magazines.co.uk are at fault. I look forward to a response.

I had a problem receiving any confirmation email after having bought the subscription. I called twice to speak to someone and to ask for confirmation to be resent or for at least some written acknowledgment. The first time I called, one of the most unhelpful and unpleasant people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to ,who clearly hates his job, answered the phone. The second person I spoke to, a woman, was very friendly, however both said they would send me written confirmation of my purchase in the post and weeks later I am still waiting. The subscription I bought was a Christmas present and in all honesty, I really wish I hadn't bothered but it's a bit late now to get anything else in place.

I ordered on 14th October and still haven't received the first issue. This was a birthday present for my partner, and we are both wondering if she will ever receive a magazine? I look forward to your response. Mr Rossiter

Having paid for the magazine using Direct Debit, next day I received an offer to have a gift if I subscribed via direct debit. I rang up to claim the gift and was told that because I had paid the offer was no longer valid, I believed this was not in the spirit of things and there was no mention in the small print either. Having already been called a 'women' in my mail, even though it was sent to me 'Mr' as a present for my wife I also believed the letter could have been better targeted. I complained, no joy, asked to speak to a manager, no joy, told I would get a call back, I did some hours later but was driving, missed the call. message said would ring back next day, nothing!! I will cancel the direct debit!!!!

I ordered the subscription for a Christmas present, it took days to process the order.....I have never had an email to confirm the order the only thing I received was a letter yesterday with a card I could give the recipient at Christmas...Then today just under a month before Christmas they received their first magazine!!!! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF OF ASKING WHEN I WANTED TO SEND THE GIFT EMAIL??? Gutted the surprise was ruined, thanks a bunch!!! I will never buy from them again!!!!

Everything seemed to go smoothly, I ticked the box saying this was a Christmas present, even called the helpline to check nothing would be sent until after Christmas. However have found out the recipient had reviewed Decembers edition today leaving me with no Gift to give on Christmas Day!

I paid online. I had no online acknowledgement email therefore was unsure whether transaction had gone ahead. I contacted you by telephone two days later and was passed to two other numbers, one for each magazine I had ordered. One told me transaction had gone ahead, one said it hadn't. I was unsure what to do next then I received by post confirmation of both. There was an offer on the site - order two magazines for a free Gourmet card - have had no mention of that ! Perhaps that could be investigated for me? Regards

I am completely appalled by the service that I have been given by magazine subscriptions. I ordered two annual subscriptions for my two boys as a surprise present and have heard and received nothing in the post. I have contacted you twice and got a rubbish email back from a gentleman who couldn't even spell my name correctly. I replied with the details he needed and again I have heard nothing !!!!! This is just the most awful customer service I have ever had, I am still waiting for some response after spending a lot of money on two magazines. I also have two very very disappointed little boys, thanks for absolutely nothing !!!!!!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AND OFFER MY TWO BOYS SOMETHING BY WAY OF COMPENSATION !!!!!!!!!

Hello, very poor service and very disappointed with the whole saga, will never use again. No back up with the problems I had and no follow up calls or reponse via email to confirm problem had been corrected or not corrected. Very much let down. Steve Williams . Via works email.

I ordered a year's subscription to The Stage as a Christmas present for my son. I specifically asked for it to start the week after Christmas. Instead, the first issue was delivered to him in mid-November with a card wishing him Merry Christmas. Present ruined. I am still waiting for an adequate compensation package from them. I'm not a happy bunny...

The person who sold me the subscription for Homebuilding and Renovation was extremely misleading. the money was taken before she gave me the terms and conditions, thereby I have waited over 6 weeks for my first issue. I requested a copy of a couple of back issues and got a very rude e mail from them. I feel their customer service dept are extremely discourteous Kind Regards Stuart Bowe 07775 895818

I am still trying to resolve the issue regarding my initial order for Gardeners World magazine. I ordered it online but it was declined. Nevertheless a confirmation e-mail said the order had gone through. This was along with a second order for The English Garden which I ordered instead. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel Gardeners World through both e-mail and phone helplines. The BBC magazine subscription helpline for Gardeners World have never heard of me but someone has taken the money from my bank account. A young man from your helpline (TEL;01795414784) told me the magazine was now cancelled and that my bank statement would show that no payment would be taken. But the amount of £41 has been paid through VISA to Three PM Ltd. NO MONEY, NO MAGAZINES! NO RESOLUTION. I now need to check that my sister will receive her years subscription for "The English Garden" magazine or has this information gone astray also! I would like to have given you a Very Good star but... I'm feeling really fed up.

I paid in full in the beginning of October this year for 12 months subscription of the O magazine. only when I wrote to the customer service asking when my first issue would be sent? I have been told that my first issue would be sent out only in January 2014. Never again going to order any of these subscriptions!!!

Purchased a Gift Subscription on 22 Oct 2013 for a birthday present 10 Nov, nothing arrived as at today, 6 Nov. Had a confirmation email, which I replied to two days ago asking when something would be received, but no response as yet. Free Gift also mentioned in offer, but nothing received yet. Bit disappointed at the level of customer service.
