“The entire reason I ordered these overly priced gifts was because the business is called man CRATES, and I wanted the crate for a fun gift. But, I recieved my 2 items and the crate isn't provided and nowhere on my order did it tell me that, nor ask me if I wanted one. The only reason I got them was for the crate to give my husband something fun and unique to open. I will never order from these people again...and getting ahold of anyone in the company is NOT an easy task either. Stay clear of this joke of a company. AND, if you say anything bad about the company on their Facebook page, instead of making it right, they just block you.”

“$144 gift arrived in decent time. However, package did not include the tool for opening. Notified company and they were quick to apologize and promise quick resolving of the problem including refund of $14.00 shipping and handling charge. It is now 7 days later and no refund, as well as no receipt of missing tool. They are almost impossible to reach by telephone and if you do it will be someone that is not at all concerned nor helpful. They prefer text messages and respond quickly but do not follow thru on those promises, As I write this we have no idea if the part has even been shipped and can't find out.”
