“Please reconsider! The sizing is completely off. The high waisted pants touched my rib cage. The jeans were also incredibly thin and the strange extra fabric below waist. Not high quality materials, especially for the price point. Truly disappoint. And very suspicious that the review link on their website has “technical difficulties””

“I will never use this company again, I'm in tears I have anxiety I didn't receive my parcel so the tell me to fill out a document it won't load I can't do it 20 emails later they still can't help me I'm over £120 out if pocket no delivery and no refund I'm fuming. Never again it's disgusting.”

“Tried to buy a pair of pants, the website said the product wasn't able to be purchased. After checking my bank statements they still charged the money for the product even after being told there was an error in buying my product.”

“Do NOT buy from this company if you live in the US! They do not tell you that you will have to pay IMPORT FEES to receive your package! I've given this company too many chances and this is my LAST! I paid over $400 for clothes and $30 delivery to get it quick! UPS showed up and when I got to the door he said I owed $243. I was confused as to why I owed anything because I already paid. So he took back the package and I spent an hour on the phone, to figure out this company does NOT TELL YOU, you the costumer has to pay Import fees! UPS can give this company back their package, because they want to try and scam you by not telling you upfront about the fees and ill be getting my refund HOPEFULLY!!!!”

“They do not make it clear on their website, but you have to pay import fees if you're in the US. I would not have ordered anything if I knew i would have to pay over $200 to receive the package.”

“Order for over 1000$ worth of clothes and handbags, but ended up paying 200$ for customs! Arrived in different packages, so instead of paying 1 custom fee, I had to pay 3 or 4 times. Quality is OK, style is good and different. But price point doesn’t justify it.”

“Sizes are way off. I used a measuring tape and i still should have ordered two US sizes larger and i only weight 115lbs! I needed to exchange 75% of the clothes because they were child sized. They made me pay $17 to return from the US. It's been over three weeks and they haven't shipped they exchange items out. I shop at Gymshark all the time in the UK and never had these issues. I dont think ill purchase from them the future.”

“i can say it is one of my favourite brands, the quality of pretty much everything that I bought was amazing, yes the fit is not always perfect but i mean that's what happens when you order online. Overall though i definitely love the quality and the items i got. Its true if you are in Canada you must pay a duty tax but its worth it. The shipping is not the fastest but if you order them and you're not in a hurry you should be okay.”

“Clothes fit a bit awkwardly, but occasionally you find a few good pieces. My only issue is that I can return multiple orders together and each return is almost £5. Where does it make sense to pay £10 to return anything???”

“A rip off company. Sizes are not accurate. Poor, poo,r poor, very, quality. No size in label. Depth of sales if honesty is not provided to paying customers especially when shopping online”

“I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I ordered over $200 worth of items that i paid EXPRESS shipping (an extra $40 for) and emailed them right away to confirm the package would arrive in the time period. After contacting the shipping company and Maniere de voire, they knew from the beginning the packages would not arrive on time. This could have been avoided if they gave me priority shipping (WHICH I HAD PAID FOR). All in all, i am very disappointed with the service and the items received were very cheap feeling. This was my first and only time shopping here. Oh yeah, also if you are from Canada you will be charged $70 extra for duties with this shipment. Buyer beware.”

“Bought the matte black Cuban chain necklace. It arrived chipped and damaged and is extremely cheap material. I tried to return the item but the USPS said the QR code was invalid and they only offer returns within a short period of time after you get the item and the time it takes to ship back to the UK, and they expect YOU to pay the shipping cost. Stay away!!”

“The quality is so poor, I returned some items but instead of refund got E-gift card, it doesn’t say in return policy that you can’t get a refund.When you order something make sure that you may not get your money back if something isn’t fit.”

“Paid to return an item and I didn't get a refund. I emailed a few weeks later to remind them and then they refunded. If I had not of chased it up I would of lost my money.”

“My package was sent to an invalid address. They forced me too submit a word document detailing the situation and told me that if I contact them again in between the investigation, they would cancel it and not refund me. Customer service is simply unprofessional and sketchy. The clothes aren’t worth it at that point.”
