Its true if you are in Canada you must pay a duty tax but its worth it. The shipping is not the fastest but if you order them and you're not in a hurry you should be okay.”

I ordered over $200 worth of items that i paid EXPRESS shipping (an extra $40 for) and emailed them right away to confirm the package would arrive in the time period. After contacting the shipping company and Maniere de voire, they knew from the beginning the packages would not arrive on time. This could have been avoided if they gave me priority shipping (WHICH I HAD PAID FOR). All in all, i am very disappointed with the service and the items received were very cheap feeling. This was my first and only time shopping here. Oh yeah, also if you are from Canada you will be charged $70 extra for duties with this shipment. Buyer beware.”
“Bought the matte black Cuban chain necklace. It arrived chipped and damaged and is extremely cheap material. I tried to return the item but the USPS said the QR code was invalid and they only offer returns within a short period of time after you get the item and the time it takes to ship back to the UK, and they expect YOU to pay the shipping cost. Stay away!!”

They forced me too submit a word document detailing the situation and told me that if I contact them again in between the investigation, they would cancel it and not refund me. Customer service is simply unprofessional and sketchy. The clothes aren’t worth it at that point.”
“I'm actually a huge fan of this brand despite what many of these reviews are saying. They have amazing sales; their winter sale was offering up to 80% off women's and men's coats and jackets. I recently purchased one of their high shine puffer jackets. It's extremely warm and amazing quality. The best part is I got it for only 80 CAD when it was originally over 200!”
“I been ordering from Maniere for the pass three years. When I say I love their clothes I do. There clothes are of quality and they don’t smell. It’s takes a while to get to the United States because they are in the UK. So of course if your exchanging it’s going to take time to get there and them reprocessing your order. Returns are easy- you use their “Rebound” service. The sizing is tricky because its UK sizes which run big for me so I get a smaller size. They have both size charts for sizes. I love their clothes. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. To each it’s own but it’s worth the wait. I will continue to be on their VIP list. I love you Maniere. I wish I could be the person to try on your clothes and give you reviews before they hit the market.”
“I love this brand. They have THE BEST QUALITY Womens clothing I’ve ever seen. All my pieces came in time, they look just like the pics and oh my… the craftsmanship of these pieces is incredible! I was even looking for faults and couldn’t find anything. So far I’ve ordered from them 3 times, all were big orders and I love every single piece. Runs true to size as well! Maybe people that left bad reviews need to hit the gym or face the fact that they need to size up. Had 0 problems with customer service…I recommend them to everyone”

“I wouldn't bother ordering from here , I placed a big order on black Friday the clothing was way over priced and way to tight it has no movement in it at all .....I had to pay to return these items and was then told I could not get a refund only a gift card .....when I repurchased with the gift card they lost my order and only replied to me A MONTH later , customer service is a joke I would not recommend this store to anyone it's been a complete waste of Money and waste of time on emails trying to get a response from customer service”
