“Most probably a dropshipper looking at the lengthy delivery timeframe, poor quality and lack of consistency in sizing ! I won’t order again for sure !!!”

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I haven’t even received my order yet. I paid for 4-5 business days expedited delivery and did not receive it within that window. They are not responding to me! I’m asking for the shipping fees so be refunded!”

“I keep on getting emails saying that my order has been cancelled due to fradulant activity. I've never used this company , not have ever heard about it. They asked for my ID to verify if my address matches with what's on file (I never put an address on file). I showed them my ID, And this morning I got an email saying I could place future orders without hiccups. I ordered again today and got the same exact result. They cancelled my order. Anybody else have this problem? Is this comany a scam?”

“Placed an order of 5 items on Jan 19, 2022. Estimated delivery date was Jan 24, today is Feb 2 and I still have not received the parcel yet. I emailed to chase my order 3 times, they only replied the first 2 times saying parcel still in transit, totally ignored my third email sent 2 days ago. If I did check the reviews of this website before I placed the order I would never order from them at all. Very upset about this shopping experience. Don't order from this website, it's a total scam.”

“Wrong size and colour Ordered an item, paid next day delivery, all for it to be in the wrong size and colour. I had contacted Manière De Voir by email, which they replied to ‘send pictures of the item to get the problem resolved’. I sent a email containing pictures of the item. It’s been 2 days and I’m still awaiting a email back from them. Disgusting customer service. Avoid.”

“I like their designs but the sizing is WORST ever! I literally ordered 2 same pairs of jeans one in black and other one in blue in size 12. I can fit black perfectly but not the blue once! How is this possible?”

“THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Returns cost $50+, duties have to be paid, if on sale you get the money back on a store credit, sizing is so off, and bad customer service. Also bad quality jacket the zipper barley zips up. I will never be buying anything from here again.”

“I am so disappointed with this store. Between faulty items being sent out , giving me a wring item, and sizing being terribly off not to mention charging me to return plus only offering store credit in return. When with all these issues I would not want to purchase again. I am very close to filing a complaint with my bank.”

“Love my jacket so much MDV! It fits me, & my high fashion/art sense absolutely perfect! It’s so stylish, comfortable, plus it’s super warm. The quality is amazing! The shine finish is polished proper and pops cool and nicely. it’s slick, versatile, stylish, & smooth, just like me it’s owner. I also noticed the white accents on the black are 3M which too is a nice touch to me. My jacket is amazing it’s so so nice! It’s easy on the eyes and highly aesthetically pleasing, and very comfy and cozy! Worth the price and then some, and more! I made an amazing purchase! I’m thoroughly happy with my Jacket Mainere De Voir Thankyou guys! I’m very excited to rock it with my niche fashion fits! I’m hyped to wear it now when I go out!”

“Hi! My puffer Jacket stink like a Fish, The worst quality I’ve ever met! And most sad is that I paid more because they promise to cover taxes, but didn’t! MDV COVERS ALL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES FOR EU ORDERS not true. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered some trousers in the sale and they are too small, must be model sizes as I ordered a size bigger than my usual. Wanted to exchange but that costs postage (No free returns) making the item not worth sending back. Just glad I didn't pay full price. Won't be buying from them again.”

“I order 4 pieces and they took a while… I order 4 pieces and they took a while to get it around 15 days how they said. I comunícate with their customer support email for delivery details and they updated me. Ones i received the items one was a wrong size. I order 6 they send me 10 in a full price item. I have send 6 email requesting the correct size and i have not received any replay. They simple never replay to any of my emails. This is the worse customer service experience ever. I will never but form this store.”

“At first I thought great company, clothing is expensive but nice well the trousers and jackets. The tops no point in spending money on them, especially because if you have to return, it costs £4.70 regardless of the courier! Then to make it worse they don't advertise about their returns policy clearly you have to search through the pages to find out that if you do purchase anything from their sale, (mine was the Black Friday) you don't get a refund to your card you get an amazing gift card. Like thanks because I really wanted to shop there again. Oh if you use any of there different payments method such as clear pay or klarna and you return an item expect to receive your e-gift card and still have to pay for your items that you've returned, even though the money is on a gift card. Like complete scam. They take 48hrs to get back to you it states they have a online chat bot that maybe be open, it's never open! They respond with such a generic email. Like don't even deal with the situation. I payed using klarna on the Black Friday sale, returned the tops as not worth the price, annoyed spent £4.70 for a return, receive a stupid gift card, paused my klarna thinking okay they will still have to cancel the rest of the payment due to me paying for only 1 item that I kept. No they refused, and are making me pay my klarna products that's I don't have in my wardrobe and I had to use the F***ing gift card with my refund money on. Honestly only buy things at full price. Or just don't shop there!”

“The most beautiful minimalistic clothes ever ! And the quality is fabolous. I ordered 6 items to Florida during black friday it took 2 weeks to came which is completly great timing. Size is great and it even fits me i am 6.1 / 185cm. I will be ordering clothes just from this brand. Materials look so expensive , u will look stunning”
