“Purchased the Corduroy Cargo Pants in Brown in a UK 10/US 6. Package came in within two weeks. HOWEVER, the pants were a tad bit tight around the thigh area but I was still able to zip it up with no problem. I’ve worn it 3x so far. I ended up purchasing the SAME joggers in the Steel Blue colour, same exact size and no issues with delivery, either. HOWEVER, I could not even fasten the button since it was too tight around the hip and lower abdomen. Their sizing seems to be inconsistent! Return costs from Canada are ridiculous, $30!! I’m gonna have to either sell this, or prayyyy that I lose a couple pounds so I can wear it.”

“Worst company ever. I am fuming. I have returned some products and is more than 2 weeks now and i still haven t received the money back! i have sent 3 e mail, no response. An absolutely joke! I have paid with clear pay, and i am still paying for some clothes that i sent back. Sizing is so wrong.... It my second time when i have this issue with them. Don t bother to order! i will never ever order from them!”

“Ya’ll..I ordered a dress (5’1 and size UK 12 (US 8)) and the dress was wayyyy to big. I paid 90$ CAD. When I had to return I paid $69!!!!!! SCAM and the dress smelled”

“The sizing is complete off. I ordered a 10 - it was more like a 6! Then you have to pay to return them which cost £8.95. I realise that it states no free returns but it makes shopping from this company a no no from me. The design of the clothes is great but the sizing is rubbish.”

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I haven’t even received my order yet. I paid for 4-5 business days expedited delivery and did not receive it within that window. They are not responding to me! I’m asking for the shipping fees so be refunded!”

“I keep on getting emails saying that my order has been cancelled due to fradulant activity. I've never used this company , not have ever heard about it. They asked for my ID to verify if my address matches with what's on file (I never put an address on file). I showed them my ID, And this morning I got an email saying I could place future orders without hiccups. I ordered again today and got the same exact result. They cancelled my order. Anybody else have this problem? Is this comany a scam?”

“Placed an order of 5 items on Jan 19, 2022. Estimated delivery date was Jan 24, today is Feb 2 and I still have not received the parcel yet. I emailed to chase my order 3 times, they only replied the first 2 times saying parcel still in transit, totally ignored my third email sent 2 days ago. If I did check the reviews of this website before I placed the order I would never order from them at all. Very upset about this shopping experience. Don't order from this website, it's a total scam.”

“Wrong size and colour Ordered an item, paid next day delivery, all for it to be in the wrong size and colour. I had contacted Manière De Voir by email, which they replied to ‘send pictures of the item to get the problem resolved’. I sent a email containing pictures of the item. It’s been 2 days and I’m still awaiting a email back from them. Disgusting customer service. Avoid.”

“I like their designs but the sizing is WORST ever! I literally ordered 2 same pairs of jeans one in black and other one in blue in size 12. I can fit black perfectly but not the blue once! How is this possible?”

“THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Returns cost $50+, duties have to be paid, if on sale you get the money back on a store credit, sizing is so off, and bad customer service. Also bad quality jacket the zipper barley zips up. I will never be buying anything from here again.”

“I am so disappointed with this store. Between faulty items being sent out , giving me a wring item, and sizing being terribly off not to mention charging me to return plus only offering store credit in return. When with all these issues I would not want to purchase again. I am very close to filing a complaint with my bank.”

“Love my jacket so much MDV! It fits me, & my high fashion/art sense absolutely perfect! It’s so stylish, comfortable, plus it’s super warm. The quality is amazing! The shine finish is polished proper and pops cool and nicely. it’s slick, versatile, stylish, & smooth, just like me it’s owner. I also noticed the white accents on the black are 3M which too is a nice touch to me. My jacket is amazing it’s so so nice! It’s easy on the eyes and highly aesthetically pleasing, and very comfy and cozy! Worth the price and then some, and more! I made an amazing purchase! I’m thoroughly happy with my Jacket Mainere De Voir Thankyou guys! I’m very excited to rock it with my niche fashion fits! I’m hyped to wear it now when I go out!”

“Ordered some trousers in the sale and they are too small, must be model sizes as I ordered a size bigger than my usual. Wanted to exchange but that costs postage (No free returns) making the item not worth sending back. Just glad I didn't pay full price. Won't be buying from them again.”

“I order 4 pieces and they took a while… I order 4 pieces and they took a while to get it around 15 days how they said. I comunícate with their customer support email for delivery details and they updated me. Ones i received the items one was a wrong size. I order 6 they send me 10 in a full price item. I have send 6 email requesting the correct size and i have not received any replay. They simple never replay to any of my emails. This is the worse customer service experience ever. I will never but form this store.”
