“Awful company. Complete scam. Take your money and don’t ship orders. They used to be legit, but now it’s like they don’t care about their customers. Customer service is a joke. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.”

“So mad at their responsibility with clients. I ordered 17 pieces and they just only shipped 13 pieces with tracking number and it was delivered and I was fine with the quality even it run bigger size, no plan to ship back. But the other 4 pieces never been ship and don't have any tracking number and I contacted with them by email and they fast to respond my email by they never ship it to me and now they asked me have to sign in some paperwork for them to work on it....man! I just want my order being ship and have enough my stuff what I order if not y'all need to ship me enough my stuff and give me the tracking number to track it....I don't have time to deal with this and waste my time on what y'all didn't even ship out to me !!!! Very mad !!! I'm patient enough but to tell me have to sign in paperwork for my missing pieces because y'all never ever ship it, it is your company's business....I'm not gonna deal with !!! I have no time at all!!! Never ever think about order anything from this website one more time. I still give y'all a try after read all the bad reviews but y'all made me so disappointed!!!”

“There's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available to answer your questions and concerns. I ordered one outfit a month ago to give the company a chance and still have NOT RECEIVED my order. I know we are dealing with COVID delays, but it would be nice to know there's customer service support.”

“Customer service doesn't help at all. I have to repeat the same question a few times, they always reply WITHOUT answering the important questions. Quality clothing went down, now it's the same as AliExpress. Sizing is a hit or miss. €400 package is stuck *somewhere*. Disappointing. Ive spent over €1000 at this point at this store and I def regret it.”

“Do not buy from this fraudulent company unless you are sure everything will fit and suit you, because you will get a gift card instead of a refund. I will be taking legal action as they owe me a lot or money and more importantly on this principle lost a customer. This activity is against UK consumer law.”

“shocking company management if that's what u call here havemt got a clue and bully's riaz has no clue but works all hours Paul is a bad bully bully's staff with disabilitys but won't say anything because he knows he will lose his job hire staff just for busy periods and worse clothing quality ever quality is shocking from this company cheap Chinese cloth”

“Hi PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! There cheap as can be! I ordered a purse and they could not even be decent to package it in a box! It arrived in a plastic bag with clear damages of being smushed and dents that cannot be removed! Not worth the price tag! On top of it the purse feels of cheap and looks cheap! Would you be okay with the bag received pictures! I certainly do not want to wear such a dented purse! They had the nerve to say they could not see any clear faults to the item! Take a look for your self and be the judge of this HORRIBLE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“I love the clothes, but the bad thing is sizing when you’re from the USA. I ordered several times different clothes run different sizes so you’ll never get it right. I returned so clothes to exchange I took them to the post office on May 19 it’s now June 11 and they still haven’t received my clothes. This sucks”

“Do not buy from them. I ordered size L short, received 2XL which still half of my waist size. The quality is very poor too. I made a complaint and it seems that I can waive to my money. Scammers.”

“Do not purchase anything from this company the clothes are very poor quality stitching coming away other defects. Hundreds of pounds of clothes we have ordered the faulty items have been returned still waiting for the refunds 3 months later.”

“Do not shop here, I spent $230 for my package & paid the $26 shipping fee & $76 in duties and taxes (Canada) and I NEVER received my package. I asked for a refund & they’ve been ignoring me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!”

“Uk shopper OK firstly, came across this review platform by pure chance. I was quite shocked by the amount of negative feedback for international customers. I've been shopping here for a few years now and happy with items and service. Items turn up next day or within 3 working days. When things go wrong iam able to get a response from customer service. I own quite a few... No a lot😁of MDV items that I am extremely happy with. Over the years I would say 95% happy with my shop. And the 5% have allways been resolved. For example faulty print on a item was exchanged roughly 3 times without any issues in doing so, manufacture printing. A vegan leather item had a high manufacturer chemical smell. They allowed me to wash the item to see if it would improve. It didn't and I was able to return at their cost and refunded fully. Purchased a jacket appeared as if item was worn and colour didn't appear as web. I was able to return and receive an exchange. I would say the size chart is out. When I first ordered, I kept to my high street sizes and found items to big. I mostly purchase bottoms and jackets and would say quality 98% warrent the price tag as this is not throw away/ fast fashion. For international shoppers I would recommend you purchase a top and bottom to roughly gauge your sizing and not do a huge shop as your first. Also look at the fit on the model. Go through the Web site to see how different items sit on the same model, as they use the same ones. If the model is 5.7 and the trousers are touching the floor. Expect to alter if you are only 5.5. Know what suits you. If you haven't got a washboard stomach stay away from certain fabrics. Do read the fabric content. I can only talk about what I have purchased and would recommend the cargos for quality. They look as displayed on website and orrect uk size . The outer wear is usually the same for quality and sizing. The casual wear T shirts are good quality and wash well, keeping shape and colour and the sizing is good.”
