Horrible I have told multiple people about this line I found on IG and followed for over a year. I purchase almost $900 of items and received a email 2 days later it was shipped so I tried to track it and DHL tracking information came but no tracking number. I emailed them and as told unfortunately I e are having trouble with your tracking number but wait until Dec. 15th if you don’t get it by then let us know. It’s 2021 what merchant can’t provide there customer a tracking number especially on such a large purchase. This is pitiful and I will never shop or refer them to anyone else this is poor customer service and business practices.

I live in Calgary, Canada. I found out about MDV from my daughter and l LOVE their clothes. They are 95% well made (l do have 1 or 2 which have a hole in them now) but that’s ok. The problem l have is that l have to order about 3 different times before l figure out my sizing but the clothes are mostly true to size(and of course you have to pay for shipment back, which was less than $40, no matter if you’re sending back your whole purchase or just one piece) One complaint l have is that during Black Friday, they used FEDEX as their courier (whereas before l would pick up my package from Canadapost) l ended up paying so much duties and taxes on the clothes and hopefully MDV stops using FEDEX (the only good thing with FEDEX is that l got my clothes within one week of ordering whereas it would have taken more than 3 weeks to get them from Canada Post but l got most of the clothes on sale so it kinda balances out, Their staff are great with answering my question within 48hrs. Mdv clothes are great quality and unique that can be worn again and again unlike the more expensive clothes l buy in Canada which only last a few washes!! I used to live in Europe and they honestly have better “street wear” clothing than any l’ve seen in Canada. I’m ecstatic over my purchases

I thought the design was unique the website looked good. Well the clothes are so cheap. Better quality at Los Angeles alleys or flea market

Do not order from this company if you live in Canada …. This company does not ship internationally properly. I am stuck paying $250 CAD extra on my package on top of how much they charge you for shipping .

Keep in mind people review mostly when they have bad experiences. I’ve ordered from MDV 3 times and the last time my package took 1.5 months to arrive. After 3 weeks I had emailed them, they responded in like a day that if it didn’t arrive by xx/xx email them again and I’d be refunded. Well, it didn’t, so I emailed them and then they refunded me. I got my pants for free a few weeks later. The other two times I ordered I received my items in a timely manner. I really like this site and the items are good quality.

I was nervous ordering from here being that this was my first time and I really needed it to come on time and fit perfectly for my birthday. I placed my order on Sunday around 5pm, got it shipped express, and my package was delivered today (Tuesday) at 11am. I am extremely pleased with the delivery process and I love the material of my clothes. Everything fits perfectly and I will definitely be shopping again.

They have the WORST communication. I’ve had to reach out numerous times due to refunding issues. They continuously try to offer gift cards instead of providing a full refund!

Terrible. Scam. I'm out $100+. Previous review is correct -- when you try to return something, the item is lost and there is no way to contact the courier. When you reach out to Maniere they tell you to contact the courier.

I am appalled by the customer service received from this company. I issued a refund and it took nearly 2 months to reach their end to process the return. The tracking of the return was horrible, there was no logistics update to advise where the parcel was at once it was in transit. Would never shop here again, based on the customer service and lack of assistance. Nothing was ever solved here, and no communication was present. Always took days to respond back to my email/s.

Sent a parcel back in July 21 and only got my refund after chasing today, 1st October. Glad I kept the postage receipt.

Design looks good and wanted to support something new and upcoming. Sizes are incredibly inaccurate. So off. Had xls to my younger brother who wears medium. The quality in tracksuit bottoms are so bad. After a couple of wears the back of the bottoms started cotton balling up. Lint balls all over. So disappointing overall so never again

I've ordered from them multiple times and so far I have no problem. Although, I don't like that I have to pay for return. So far the quality of the clothes are good to my liking. The size are pretty accurate unless you have big cup size. I just want to reference my size so you guys can have a better idea. I am a size 6 in lululemon pants and most pants I am a size 6 and so I ordered a size 6 and its great. If you have a muffin top i would recommend to size up. For their tops, I am a 34DD and I got US size 8 and it fits great.

Such terrible customer service. They dont do the tracking properly. You wait months and then when you ask foe your package. They have no idea they send you another one and send the one that was missing back. (One is somewhere in transit like last time) their customer service threatens you by sending na email that ee will charge you if you dont send it back. Well i didnt recieve it how can I? Their protocol and whoever speaks to you through email is stupid. I asked for a manager like atleast 10 emails.. Nothing... dont waste your time. Their process is so stupid.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered 22 items from the sale, they took payment no problem and then refunded my items, just to repost them at full price on their website. When I questioned why my order had been refunded, I was told to order again at full price and they would refund me, the difference so that I pay the original sale price. I thought this was a bit of a joke but did it anyway and now they will not refund my money or even answer my emails. Stay away

I ordered a set that took over a month to arrive in the US with expensive shipping and then did not fit. I’ve been trying to exchange it for three months now, my return has now been in California for a month. The company is being impossible and almost never responds. Do not order from this company. If you want something I suggest looking at depop, a good online thrift that sells a lot of their clothes.

Awful customer service experience. First off, it wasn't made clear you can't get a cash refund on sale items (no one looks within the actual ts and cs before purchasing) The CS service team put my initial refund onto a e voucher. I then processed to purchase a few other items in the sale.. This is where it gets frustrating.. Thier delivery was late, therefore I didn't have my items before i went away on holiday. I emailed them 3 times explaining i was now away and hermes are trying to deliver and that my items will be returned.. All i got was auto bot email replies, when an actual person did get back in touch, they completely ignored my questions... My items were sent back. They refused to resend my package backout, but asked whether I wanted a replacement or refund. I expressed replacement. They took two days to come back, with some BS that some of my items were now out of stock so they refunded instead. They weren't out of stock when They asked the question and still weren't out of stock after they said they were. But.. they had now come out of the sale and gone back up to full price. That's why they refunded me. The four items within the sale came to £40.. out of the sale over £100, so you do the math..That's the real reason they wouldn't send my its back out. After back and fourth and getting absolutely nowhere I've had enough. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I just wish I looked at.their IG comments before ordering.

Horrible experience with customer service representative. The cancelled my order with out confirmation from me. I asked them to explain why they did that and they emailed me that I requested. Which I never did , the representatives are very rude in conversation also the last email they send me the response that they can’t receive my email due to technical issues which is total lie . This company has people that they are not fluent in English. I never been dealing with such bad customer service!

Trying customer service too many times . No tracking number provided , ordered 18 items but only received two . Almost a month ago. Very unhappy. Bbb will be hearing from me ASAP . Not cool save your time and money . They will give me my money cause I love to sue . So business bureau hereI come
