I order 4 pieces and they took a while to get it around 15 days how they said. I comunícate with their customer support email for delivery details and they updated me. Ones i received the items one was a wrong size. I order 6 they send me 10 in a full price item. I have send 6 email requesting the correct size and i have not received any replay. They simple never replay to any of my emails. This is the worse customer service experience ever. I will never but form this store.”
“At first I thought great company, clothing is expensive but nice well the trousers and jackets. The tops no point in spending money on them, especially because if you have to return, it costs £4.70 regardless of the courier!
Then to make it worse they don't advertise about their returns policy clearly you have to search through the pages to find out that if you do purchase anything from their sale, (mine was the Black Friday) you don't get a refund to your card you get an amazing gift card. Like thanks because I really wanted to shop there again.
Oh if you use any of there different payments method such as clear pay or klarna and you return an item expect to receive your e-gift card and still have to pay for your items that you've returned, even though the money is on a gift card. Like complete scam. They take 48hrs to get back to you it states they have a online chat bot that maybe be open, it's never open! They respond with such a generic email. Like don't even deal with the situation.
I payed using klarna on the Black Friday sale, returned the tops as not worth the price, annoyed spent £4.70 for a return, receive a stupid gift card, paused my klarna thinking okay they will still have to cancel the rest of the payment due to me paying for only 1 item that I kept. No they refused, and are making me pay my klarna products that's I don't have in my wardrobe and I had to use the F***ing gift card with my refund money on.
Honestly only buy things at full price. Or just don't shop there!”

“Horrible I have told multiple people about this line I found on IG and followed for over a year. I purchase almost $900 of items and received a email 2 days later it was shipped so I tried to track it and DHL tracking information came but no tracking number. I emailed them and as told unfortunately I e are having trouble with your tracking number but wait until Dec. 15th if you don’t get it by then let us know. It’s 2021 what merchant can’t provide there customer a tracking number especially on such a large purchase. This is pitiful and I will never shop or refer them to anyone else this is poor customer service and business practices.”
“I live in Calgary, Canada. I found out about MDV from my daughter and l LOVE their clothes. They are 95% well made (l do have 1 or 2 which have a hole in them now) but that’s ok.
The problem l have is that l have to order about 3 different times before l figure out my sizing but the clothes are mostly true to size(and of course you have to pay for shipment back, which was less than $40, no matter if you’re sending back your whole purchase or just one piece)
One complaint l have is that during Black Friday, they used FEDEX as their courier (whereas before l would pick up my package from Canadapost) l ended up paying so much duties and taxes on the clothes and hopefully MDV stops using FEDEX (the only good thing with FEDEX is that l got my clothes within one week of ordering whereas it would have taken more than 3 weeks to get them from Canada Post but l got most of the clothes on sale so it kinda balances out,
Their staff are great with answering my question within 48hrs.
Mdv clothes are great quality and unique that can be worn again and again unlike the more expensive clothes l buy in Canada which only last a few washes!!
I used to live in Europe and they honestly have better “street wear” clothing than any l’ve seen in Canada.

“Keep in mind people review mostly when they have bad experiences. I’ve ordered from MDV 3 times and the last time my package took 1.5 months to arrive. After 3 weeks I had emailed them, they responded in like a day that if it didn’t arrive by xx/xx email them again and I’d be refunded. Well, it didn’t, so I emailed them and then they refunded me. I got my pants for free a few weeks later. The other two times I ordered I received my items in a timely manner. I really like this site and the items are good quality.”
“I was nervous ordering from here being that this was my first time and I really needed it to come on time and fit perfectly for my birthday. I placed my order on Sunday around 5pm, got it shipped express, and my package was delivered today (Tuesday) at 11am. I am extremely pleased with the delivery process and I love the material of my clothes. Everything fits perfectly and I will definitely be shopping again.”

“I am appalled by the customer service received from this company. I issued a refund and it took nearly 2 months to reach their end to process the return. The tracking of the return was horrible, there was no logistics update to advise where the parcel was at once it was in transit. Would never shop here again, based on the customer service and lack of assistance. Nothing was ever solved here, and no communication was present. Always took days to respond back to my email/s.”
