“Absolutely terrible service when returning an item …. I’m now in contact with consumers ombudsman. I’d never purchased anything again from this company. They look for any excuse not to refund you back .”

“The recent reviews must be fake because it’s disheartening to say, this is a horrible company to shop with. The items are nice but if you get the wrong size, you will never get your money back even if you return the items, you will have to go through your bank. The customer service reps are condescending and lazy. No one seems to want to help. I will NEVER spend my money there and it pains me to write this considering this is a black business. But business is business. I’ve given them plenty of chances and they owed me more than $400.”

“This is a wannabe high fashion site. many of the clothes have faulty zippers, hard to latch clips and hasps, items that break upon first use. Do not be fooled by the advertising and glamour shots. And dont ask about returning an item! Very fine print on every sale, always changing return guidelines, and no offer to exchange EVER. One of our purchases was over $1500 and they had issues with their return portal that did not allow us to return and rebuy 1 SINGLE item from the order. When reached out to them, they stated it was 5 days past due, and nothing they could do. Requested us to return it to the UK for $58 in shipping costs at our expense which the shirt was $60. They will not, and do not care about customers, nor the issues they create to hinder customers no matter what you spend. We could deal with some quality issues, if service existed, but it does not. This is the classic "we are high fashion, We look high fashion" but we do not function high fashion, because we are not. They are in a warehouse with 3 people in customer service. Stay away if you are not willing to deal with whatever shows up, wait for their giveaway sales that show their true pricing. 50%off is the routine here, think Marshalls, or Ross with supposed "high fashion" only thing missing is a long line.”

“The worst company I've ever dealt with in my whole life. Won't return my refund after sending the item back and it's been 2 months. Keep giving me the run around. No number to call them either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will never see my $250 Shame on you for being a company that doesn't honor your customers.”

“THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Bought an item for over $200 and it took forever to get. Then once I got it finally it didn’t fit well so I had to pay for a shipping label to return it. It’s been a month and no refund. I opened a claim with my bank. DO NOT BUY from this company. They said they never got my return but I have the rebound delivery tracking email they received the item. I truly believe in Karma so that brings me peace.”

“I have returned goods however 11 days later still waiting for refund. E mailed them and they just reply your parcel is still at hub I have to wait for 21 days. Why are they allowed to keep my money for 21 days. Returned the items as the quality of the clothing was really poor.”

“Because of their scummy return policy, I flushed $58 down the drain and they refuse to give me a refund. I paid $58 for a pair of shorts, smallest size but they were way too big and baggy. Most companies have a 30 day return policy but because this company wants less people getting a refund because their clothes suck, they made it a 14 day return policy. They gave me a $43 gift card, $58 - $15 for the shipping, but there’s nothing on the website any more that’s $43 or less. Everything is overpriced and if I do buy anything I’m sure it’ll be way too big again. Horrible horrible experience with this company and I massively regret buying from here.”

“I purchased leggings from this company about two weeks ago for $125 USD. I loved them but they were too small, so I returned them and waiting to get the refund and then purchase a bigger size (to treat as an exchange). I loved theses leggings so much that I was considering getting the black ones too, but I notice that Manier De Voir changed the price from $125 to $165 out of nowhere which seems kind of shady. I messaged the company on Instagram asking if they can honor the price that I originally paid. They responded saying that their “prices can change due to sales and promotions” and they do not honor sale prices per their terms and conditions. This is strange because there was no special sale or promotion going in when I purchased the leggings two weeks ago. There was absolutely no indication that the leggings I purchased were in sale or discounted. They did not even tell me exactly what promotion that had at ten time. The seller’s response was obviously a dishonest and a way to weasel out of a mistake that was made on their part. I do not recommend this company to anyone.”

“in my entire lifetime of being an online shopper this was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!!!! I bought a jacket in my usual side - fit like a toddler's jacket, went to return it and it cost me £20 to return it then got the next size up and it was absolutely huge!!!! Returned it again.. another £20 on postage. Exchanged it for trousers, again, HORRENDOUS SIZING, returned those.. another £20..and the package went "missing".. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH THESE THEIVES!!!”

“Title: **Terrible Experience with Manière de Voir - Avoid Shopping Here!** I am deeply disappointed with Manière de Voir. I've had two awful experiences that highlight the dishonesty and inflexibility of this store. First, I bought several items, including a top in size M that had an incorporated bra, which, although labeled as M, seemed like an XS. I tried to return it after trying it on, but they told me the return period had expired, and it hadn't even been a month! I decided to give them another chance and ordered more items. One of them, a bodysuit in size M, was extremely tight, more like an XS. I sent it back, and they responded saying it was used, with a photo that showed nothing. This is completely false because I couldn't even fit into it. They kept the item and my money. I absolutely do not recommend this store. They are dishonest and don't care about their customers. Avoid shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind.”

“DONT BUY !!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Manière De Voir. Their website is horrendous to navigate, with frequent glitches and an overall frustrating user experience. To make matters worse, their customer care is abysmal. It's evident that they have little regard for their customers. My recent ordeal with Manière De Voir was particularly infuriating. I placed an order to be delivered to a different address since I currently reside in Cyprus. Instead of processing my payment smoothly, they decided to flag it. This alone was frustrating, but what followed was even more ridiculous—they demanded to see my bank statements and proof of address! Who do they think they are to make such invasive demands? This is beyond unacceptable. Their service is a complete joke, and they clearly have no respect for their customers' privacy or convenience. I will never shop with Sloe again and advise others to steer clear of this horrible company.”

“They need to seriously revamp their delivery service. Ordered from here and twice did not receive my items even tho the delivery service they use (DSL) emailed me that it was delivered. I was able to get a partial refund for first item and opted to have second item re shipped. Well .... never received that item either!! I emailed them they're telling me to file a police report because it was stolen. No it was NOT stolen. It was not DELIVERED. They need to check their delivery providers. To make their consumers harrass the police department over matters like this is insane when it's on their delivery partners side is insane. I've ordered multiple items from many other retailers but thieves only steal their particular packages ..... ridiculous. They make it extremely difficult to get a refund. I told them just forget. Beware before ordering from this site you may not get your items.”

“Absolute nightmare! This company is a scam! I placed my order 11th June for $515 meant to arrive within 7 days but still haven’t heard a thing from them!!! The customer service is the worst and I am actually wondering HOW THEY ARE STILL operating??!!!!! Stay away from this company while there are so many amazing stores with great customer service out there!!!”
