“I called into the cafe today with husband and two year old granddaughter it was not a pleasant experience.
I had not finished my coffee but the girl cleaning down tables approached us then leant over to remove our tray I must have looked surprised when she then said aren’t you finished.
My coffee cup was half full but I felt uncomfortable and said I felt rushed she said she had been watching us for a while and I didn’t appear to be drinking my coffee.
I was in fact talking to my grandaughter and husband.
She then told us her manager had told her to clear the tables as we ourselves had to move dirty crockery from previous customers before we sat down.
I think she should concentrate cleaning tables where people have clearly finished rather than rush other customers to leave before they have had a chance to finish their drinks.”
“I used to love shopping at M&S, Hedge End, I used to go every Friday, for the food hall. However, since the refurbishment, and the new smart food hall was opened, I am sorry to say I have been only twice because I cannot stand the music that is being played. Normally in a store it would be background music that you can almost ignore but this is not the case in this store. I visited yesterday just to see if anything had changed, and it hadn't, I couldn't wait to get out. Please could you consider that not every-one want's to listen to loud music.”
