“I was very impressed with the speed of your delivery. The quality of the yarn and associated vibrancy of the different colours could not be improved on. The previous yarn that I had from you has been washed and worn regularly over the past year and is still as soft and supple as when I first knitted with it and it still looks like new. I will definitely be purchasing from you again.”
