“I have only bought wools off you twice, but very satisfied qwith the 2 deliveries, very quick for both of them, even in these difficult times. I also pleased to be sent a shade chart very useful. I knit and crochet for charity making knee blankets, twiddle muffs and twiddle blankets. Twiddle is an old Norfolk expression for moving hands for example in an agitated way for people in hospital or homes or anywhere they are needed. They are made in double double wool or chunky 33" long, then stitched lengthways, 42 stitches, and then turned in and stitched again. Then you decorate them (not with buttons), they keep hands nice and warm. Blankets are 25" square, then decorated front and back”

“Lovely variegated sock yarn. I’m new to crochet and it’s probably a bit ambitious to start with a pair of socks as my first major make! The sizing squares look lovely but so far I have undone every attempt at the socks! Lady on the phone line was very helping me to select the best yarn for my pattern”
