“I am always more than pleased with your wool. I knit baby clothes to sell on eBay and with your prices being so low I can SERIOUSLY undercut my would-be rivals. I either buy your blue, pink and white from your DK discount range (100g for£1) or, if you don’t have the shade I want, I get your DK wool that’s £1.25 per 100g (and your communication’s not bad too)!”
