“Really nice product - I've crocheted loads of circular shawls - cot blankets and now jumpers all without patterns. The wool comes quickly and in lovely packaging. Also used the real wool toy stuffing which feels soft and does the job perfectly. Thank you Marriner. Easy to order and has kept me sane through 2 years of part lock-down - and catching covid. “I live in the USA and found a similar Shawl Collar Wrap pattern on Etsy.com and unfortunately I could not print their directions or initiate a refund. Being frustrated I decided to try to see if I could find the same pattern online and your obviously original version was available. Your pdf pattern was available so quickly. I was able to download and copy it perfectly. I can not wait to make this beautiful and unique Shawl wrap. I highly recommend your website. Thank you!”

“Great variation of wools. Great prices. Great service have used them for years and never been disappointed. I use there 1000gm aran for blankets for the hospital. Works out at less than £1.10 for 100gm. Lovely to work with and great results”

“Fantastic company. Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I bought several balls of 100gram chunky wool the colours are lovely and the wool so soft. After starting a knitted cushion I quickly realised that I would not have enough to finish so ordered another batch this morning, which within hours had been despatched to me. Thankyou so much brilliant service.”

“I ordered the Smooth Touch DK and its lovely. Its a shame the price jumped up from £1.25 per ball to £1.95 per ball. I did place another order but would have placed a bigger order if the price hadn't gone up so much.”

Hi Linda, We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the Smooth Touch DK you ordered from us recently. This yarn was priced recently at £1.25 simply due to a pricing error in one of the recent marketing emails we'd sent out to customers. The mistake was spotted within a couple of hours of the marketing email being sent out, and rather than send an email correcting the mistake, the management decided we would honour the incorrect price for a week or so. We appreciate the price of £1.95 is a jump from the £1.25 we've had it priced at recently, however it is still a saving compared to the selling price of £2.50 we had it listed at previously before the mistake. Don't forget to send us photos showing the items you create with our yarn if you'd like to enter our monthly competition to win a £50 voucher to use on our website. Marriner Yarns Team

“My order arrived within 3 days of ordering it, very well packed and even a packet of haribos.. I can’t wait to start knitting lots of tiny baby clothes for my daughter’s twins arriving in a few months, double of everything, but well worth it. Much better value than Hobbycraft. Thanks everyone.”

“Bought over 40 super soft baby yarn to knit baby items. not as describe, not soft and feels like an every day wool you buy in supermarkets. Disappointed. Too many to return so now need to knit alternatives.”
