Well, so far nothing has worked. The instructions don’t help as they are too vague.
When asking on the chat kaz is quite unhelpful.
Dpd was the chosen courier and they opened the whole box before it arrived.
So far its been a disaster and hard money wasted with no results.
Update: the team at martian pro-actively took my feedback and acted in a very very professional manner and addressed the issue with the utmost importance. I was shocked that despite me forgetting the whole affair, i was informed that a replacement was dispatched and on its way as a rectification as well as a full explanation to any concerns i had.
This is true business and putting the genuine concerns of the customer first before anything else.
Well done team martians and you have truly won me over and surprised me with your feedback and response. I hereby have no choice but to continue my journey with you as a loyal customer and to amend my review to 5 stars.

“This is the best place for spores !!! The sister shop Martian mushrooms are brilliant and have just recently replaced 1 out of 3 of my grow bags due to contaminated . The other 2 are fine and I'm looking forward to results. Really astonishing that a company is soo confident in their product that they offer this service.
This is the first time this has happened! As I'm usually pretty lucky/clean and careful around but it happens to the best of us.
After customer service confirmed that I did everything right and followed the guide they were happ to send a replacement grow bag.
