“Received the grain bags and received spores from them . I injected the grain bag and after 5 weeks still no signs of anything . I’ve been trying to get in contact but no reply after 3 days . Fast delivery and am sure this doesn’t happen often but happened to me”

“NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE. False advertising.
I have been incubating the all in one mushbags in a temperature controlled incubator, in perfect conditions, for over a month now, without ANY growth (wet spot issue). I was in contact with Kaz for advice during that period, and he re-assured me that if I have no growth, I am covered by the "Lifetime Guarantee". I have followed all of their instructions to the T.
A month has passed without any growth, so I contacted Kaz to ask for replacement bags as per the guarantee. And that's when the excuses started.
After several email exchanges, I did not get any closer to having those bags replaced, instead they are now blaming the spore supplier, who in fact is a reliable supplier, recommended by my friend, who had successfully grown mushrooms, albeit he does not use martian mushbags and instead prepares his own substrate.”
