I returned items on 7th September and I am still waiting on my refund. I have made contact with you several times and each time I am being told a different story. Please can I have my money refunded ASAP. I was recommended to you by a work colleague but I will not be using you again, service is absolutely shocking.

I requested a refund for item returned 3 weeks ago and have still not received the refund. I have provided proof of posting but now NO RESPONSE!!!! R Felton

I have posted here before that I have been unable to get a refund for goods returned. I have now sent countless emails, no one replies. I have opened a dispute through paypal, money was supposed to have been refunded but the transaction failed? Something's going on. I will never order from this company again. Buyer Beware!!!!

We are sorry for the issues you have been having with this refund. We have indeed had some problems with our payment system whereby our eCommerce platform communicates with our payment provider PayPal. This issue has now been rectified, however any of the refunds made during this period may need to be re-run manually. This transaction has now been refunded via PayPal.

There seems to be a pattern forming here concerning returns for refunds. I like many others have returned my item for a refund. The item has been received by Martildo and still no refund. No replies to e-mails sent and the contact telephone number they give you cannot use?? BE VARY WARY ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.. IF YOUR ITEM FITS, THEN GREAT, IF IT DOESN'T GOOD LUCK IN GETTING YOUR MONEY REUNDED...

We are sorry for the issues you have been having with this order which I understand was returned for an exchange. Unfortunately as advised by our customer service agent the size requested is presently out of stock so we can either wait for further stock or alternatively we can of course issue a full refund. I can only apologise for the issues faced in relation to contacting us, we reply to most emails within 24 hours and we do not presently offer a telephone support service because having trialled this in the past most customers were happy to revert to email and this ensures that we can keep our prices low.

I have ordered 5 dresses over the last 2 months. I have kept 2 but sent 3 back because of poor fit, or not the colour on the website. I have not had any refunds and I have sent a further 2 emails but not got any reply.

I returned a dress at the beginning of August, I have still not received a refund even though I have sent Emails, and "spoken " via chat, twice, Each time being told a refund was on its way. It is so frustrating to not be able to speak to someone in a phone call too. I would not recommend buying from this company.

A customer service advisor has emailed you directly on 4th October and we have sent another email today to address this issue.

Dress ordered end August, returned on 1 September as it did not fit. By 9 September still no refund so emailed them. They replied saying refund was being processed. By 21 September still no refund but I received an email from PayPal saying refund had not been processed successfully. Have emailed them twice since with this information but no reply. I wont EVER buy anything from these people again. This is appalling behavior. I don't know if I will ever see my money again.

Very disappointed with dress. Nothing like advert. I recently bought 4 dresses in Mallorca at less price and far superior quality! I won't be buying anything else from you !

I'm sorry to hear that these products were not of the standard you would expect. In general we receive very positive feedback about the quality of our dresses, however I will submit this feedback to our manufacturers so that we can address any quality issues for summer 2018. Returned goods as very poor quality fabric. Still waiting for refund on returned products 3 weeks later! They have promised bank transfer as have "problems with paypal refunds" still nothing! Appalling! Don't buy from this company.

3 dresses ordered arrived quickly but were of poor quality and barely resembled the pictured dresses online that looked so nice. I returned them within a couple of days and now, nearly 4 weeks later and an email saying my refund was sent to my account, I'm still awaiting for my money. I won't buy from this company again and only wish I'd read the reviews of other people who've had the same or similar experience.

Ordered two dresses prior to holiday! Speedy delivery, but poor quality and fit so returned them immediately. Have now been waiting more than a week for refund, checked they'd received the returned goods, and despite multiple emails to the company, who despite having a phone number, do not take phone calls, have not had a reply! Would not recommend.

The dress that I ordered looked nothing like the advertised item, the material was thin and the fit was just awful! I returned it straight away, I received an email to say that I had been refunded but 5 days later it still has not been paid into my account! I have sent 2 emails to ask where my refund is but despite Martildo stating on their website that emails will be replied to within 24 hours, mine have not! Will not be ordering again from this company or be recommending them

I have bought a lovely dress from you, unfortunately it is too small. I have followed the instructions to return it but getting to the post office they said I have to pay for returns. I have emailed you twice but as yet still no reply. Not a happy customer.

The dress that I was soooo looking forward to receiving then receiving an email to say that it was in the process of being despatched on Saturday 12 th Aug turned out to be wrong and there was no stock in my size .I didn't receive an email telling me this until the Wednesday 16 th Aug very bad administration on your part .i have now accepted and received a refund but cannot get over how disappointed I am .

well having to send an email to ask what had happened to my order the product wasnt of good quality and looked dull so i was disappointed with it and might not take it on holiday so i don,t think i will be ordering again

Dress smells fusty and is no white as shown in pic, it's a dirty grey. It's gone in the bin already. Waste of money
