“This was NOT a smooth transaction: the delivery service used by Martin Dawes made several bad mistakes on the delivery (including attempting to deliver an office chair instead of our fridge). However, this was pretty obviously the delivery people's fault and not Martin Dawes's (other than in their choice of subcontractor), and I can't argue with their response: they were available, and worked pretty hard to make sure that things got sorted out in the end.”

“Easy to buy online. Delivery was overdue but they phoned me before I phoned them which was reassuring. Delivery Co. (TNT) had returned TV to them for no reason. TV arrived a few days later wrongly addressed which might explain why TNT returned it earlier.”

“Good communication. Item sold out after my order, but staff informed me of stock coming in and when I would receive earphones. Got them in time for partners birthday, overall very happy with service and item ordered.”
