This company miss lead there customer over pricing so around a year ago I bought a top that had a £9 ticket on it but they charge me £9.50 the store in question did honour the price and was told the price had gone up However last week I brought the same top online and again same problem same two prices yet the head office tells me the price had gone up but refused to honour the price Funny how it went up a year ago but u still have the wrong price on it So DOBULE CHECK WHAT YOU PAY WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY THINK IT OK TO ADVERTISE ONE PRICE BUT CHARGE YOU ANOTHER

Brought a top 9 mth ago ticket said £9 got changed £9.50 went back to store got told the price went up but they hey honoured the ticket price Last week ordered the same top on line got charged £9.50 but ticket still said £9 when I complained to headquarters they said the price had gone up funny that was 9 mths ago and they refused to refund me he difference they obviously don’t mind miss leading customers

Tried by 2 Dresses on line. Would not let me use 25% of Voucher. Said you can pick up from 200 stores well it would not let me get delivery frim Leytonstone store so have to pay Dellivery. complained they do not care.

I ordered two mens white thermal tee shirts and actually ended up with three ordinary tee shirts in black, white and grey. So not only did whoever put the order together get it wrong, I had the privilege of not only paying for the delivery but also paying to return something I didn't order to start with!! Not impressed!

I ordered Christmas gifts got email saying delivery 11th November never arrived after numerous emails and phone calls no results all I get is give it another 72 hours I’ve now asked for my money back girl said that’s fine will send you an email verify still no email this is an absolute joke I’m a pensioner and with cost of living I need that money back before I can get my gifts from somewhere else or my grandchildren are getting nothing from me this Christmas I’m at my wits end and stressed no end

I had received items ordered on line, unfortunately cannot return them due to isolation and stores closed, contacted customer service who confirmed they will accept returns once stores reopen providing have receipts

The furniture I ordered was delivered when they said and was of the quality I expected for the price , however when I wanted to return an item that was surplus to requirements, I had to pay £50 to have it collected when it was only cost £109 ! So make sure you actually want an item before you commit to the order as their returns policy is pants !!!!!!

NO STARS !!! Awful service thought shop if any kind of service at all Very rude grumpy staff Self service machines need the bag option taken off paid for a bag only to have to ask for one then be told it’s not an option any longer after paying for one Had to waste time queuing up for a refund on the one manned till to be greeted by most miserable person on the planet

Store had closed changing rooms but failed to put up any signs or have staff at self checkout to tell people that their standard return policy had changed and sale goods were non refundable.

I purchased 3 sets of bikinis for my holidays, one set the stitching broke on the first time of wearng, the 2nd set went all saggy went it got wet, I didn't bother wearing the last set, on my return from my holidays I went back to complain and get a refund on the goods but was refused as 14 days had passed. My advice to prospective shoppers is to shop elsewhere, poor quality and disappointing service.

I queued to pay for my goods in the line that you pay a member of staff, I waited a fair while for this only to be told if I was paying by card I could only pay at a self service till.
