Match.com has not once but twice suspended my account without warning or explanation. The first time after appeal it was reinstated. They said they thought I was married and asked me to prove I’m not. The second time my membership appeared to be expired as I could login but not respond to any likes or emails. Since I have been a long term member in good standing it always renewed at the prior rate. I attempted to contact them to give a new credit card but there’s no way to call and “customer service” does not respond. After no response I finally just purchased a new membership at $219 only to have my card charged and access denied. It’s been 10 days of attempts to resolve only to be told my account has been permanently banned. No reason. No recourse. No one to appeal to or even be told why. What a scam!! This used to be a great site but beware… you can be removed at any time. The sad part is the few men I was talking with received an email that they removed me for suspicious activity as I have received such email regarding others in the past.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent support experience. Delayed responses and poor communication made an already stressful issue worse, and the lack of effective assistance raised serious concerns about the reliability of your service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

It's definitely not serious. The pool of real people is not as big as it seems to be at first. Two weeks ago I tested the water on AFlirts.com and unexpectedly I had two dates within a few days. Needless to say, I don't need my Match profile anymore, so I thought I removed it. But it looks like I haven't canceled my membership. It seems to be ongoing and they tried to apply an extra charge for the next quarter. So be very careful if you decide to register there. There a lot of hidden fees and bogus charges that you may not be aware of. They don't warn you and don't ask for your authorization when they automatically renew your subscription. Also they think it's up to them to decide what is the next term for auto-renewal. It can be a month , it can be a quarter or even a year .

Their matching system is completely ridiculous. Match lost perspective of what a good dating site should be like. Now there is a plethora of better options which is also cheaper. Match is misleading. You pay for a quarter and they charge you for a year. It is filled with outright scam artists who are ready to leave you high and dry. Match moderators do nothing to prevent it. I wouldn't be surprised if they are up to the necks in it, otherwise why do they never react to complaints and reports? Pathetic service!

What stood out most to me about Mrs. Olivia and her team was their meticulous process. Coming from a tech background, I really appreciated their data-driven, systematic approach to asset recovery. They used digital forensics, IP tracking, and third-party tools to trace my crypto transactions. There was no vague talk—just clear, structured communication backed by real progress. It honestly felt more like working with a dedicated cyber unit than a regular customer service team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who values precision, accountability, and a tech-savvy approach.

YOU HAVE TO PAY TO REPLY EVEN TO MATCHES Match.com provides misleading information on its website. It claims that payment is not required if there is a mutual match. However, this is false. Even in the case of a mutual match, if you don’t pay, you cannot reply to messages — not even from the people you matched with. I believe this is not just misleading, but deliberately deceptive. The system seems intentionally designed to push users toward paying. In fact, just a few minutes after signing up, I received several messages — already visible — from extremely attractive men. I suspect these profiles may not have been real and were possibly used to encourage me to pay, since I couldn’t reply without a subscription. Soon after, I was flooded with messages and likes from profiles located far away, making any real match impossible. The app appears to be designed to promote interactions mainly with non-matches so that users are forced to pay in order to respond. I immediately suspected something was off, so I deliberately tried to get matches with people near me. Even then — after a successful match — I was unable to read their message or view their profile unless I paid. On the other hand, I could view profiles and read messages from people I hadn't matched with, although these profiles often seemed suspicious or fake. Regardless, I still couldn't reply. I want to warn anyone signing up: you must pay in order to read or respond to messages — even in the case of a mutual match.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

The site is a complete waste of time. Within a few days of joining I got about 25 "likes" - then within an hour these "likes" had been deleted and removed by moderators - never to be seen again. I wrote to Match.Com to ask what was going on, only to get the same reply back twice. About 80% of the "likes" I get are routinely deleted and removed by moderators every day. But Match won't explain why. I don't think they even read my mail. Simply shocking and a waste of money.
