“I don’t like giving bad reviews and I don’t give a 1 star lightly. But unfortunately the service I received from this company was very poor. There was no phone number readily available to contact the company so you have to rely on emails. The email response time was terrible, literally days to respond which was frustrating. Not only that, the time it took for manufacture and delivery was months, and even then communication was poor. When our bespoke glass shower screen arrived the parts needed to put it together weren’t sent alongside it, so this was another delay. I then had to chase this up. And when the accessories finally did arrive some of it was missing. This required more chasing and days of waiting for a response. There was no communication to update you on delivery and the whole process required a lot of time and effort from my end to find out any information. And of course any response via email took days. In hindsight, I wish I’d spent slightly more on the product with a different company. I would have gotten it faster with a lot better customer service and a lot less headache. Never again will I use this company!”

“No no and no dont. The reviews here.. i cant believe. Ordered in january.. been in constant contact through email. But guy plays an idiot. Explained its the wrong item, he sent. He replies have i not recieved it. Taking the p##s”

“Contact me and my glass a few weeks back regarding a splashback. I wanted a picture on my splashback and it needed custom made for size. I have a few emails with me and my glass and they were very helpful. The splashback arrived and looks and fits like a glove!”

“Never responded to my online request for a quote, they claim, due to high demand, they may take 1-3 working days to respond, perhaps they should add "never" somewhere in there. No telephone number to follow up - how strange is that??!!”

“Absolute fraudsters, do not touch this company with a barge pole!!! Placed an order, Jan 28th, told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, premade stock item, 7 weeks later nothing had been delivered, I emailed the company as they have no phone number to speak to an adviser, to be advised by the MD, John, that his team had said the adhesive for the splashback would show through the glass did I want holes for screws. I said no could I please cancel my order and get a refund, no response now from any emails and its 10 weeks down the line and John is ghosting me.”
