“Melitta know about coffee and producing brewing machines that will stand the test of time. How do we know this ........... Well we actually bought our very first Meliita filter coffee machine in London in 1978 - yes 1978 - on our honeymoon and have stuck by the brand for our home coffee machine all these years. Obviously we’ve had several Melitta machines over that long time but we would never Dream of buying any other make of machine. They are reliable, robust and do make perfect coffee. I could go on and on with my story (maybe the folks at Melitta would be interested to hear it sometime though) but for the purpose of this review suffice to say that we are very happy and very loyal Melitta customers. Great machines, great service and great coffee.”

“I bought a Melitta Optima Timer a couple of years ago and have absolutely adored it. Just a few weeks before the warranty was up, it died, and I was gutted. I emailed Melitta asking what to do, and I provided proof of purchase and proof that I'd been using all of their branded products with the machine - so it had been well looked after. Within 24 hours, I got a call from Sharon at the Telford office, who was wonderfully friendly. She arranged a replacement, and in 3 days I was enjoying a brew from my new machine. Absolutely superb products, and superb customer service. I can't recommend Melitta highly enough. They're a breath of fresh air in these otherwise apathetic times. Well done team Melitta!”
