“Really happy customer. Wanted to find a coffee maker for my elderly mother's tiny kitchen in her retirement living home (a bit of indulgence for her!) and I was surprised to find the perfect solution on your easy to use, informative website. “Very happy with my new Aromaboy® Filterkaffeemaschine Black and the Melitta coffee supplied with it. Makes a single mug of excellent tasting coffee whenever I want one. Machine is compact and fits in perfectly in an area with very little space. Brilliant!!!!”

“I was lucky enough to have received one of your lovely coffee machines as a Christmas present. I absolutely love it. Easy to set up and use. Versatile and quick. Easy to descale. I was however upset when the jug fell and broke but a replacement was so easy to obtain. We are now enjoying coffee and appreciating it even more during restricted time indoors. Highly recommend this product.”

“I am really pleased with the "Look Selection" that we purchased. It is the latest in a long line of Melitta coffeemakers that we have had. The first one was an MA120 back in 1971. An ex employee of Melitta, I became a convert to Frau Melitta Bentz's filter method, and I have visited Minden and seen the original filter. Your latest range with auto switch off and descaler warnings really brings "Kaffee Genuss" up a notch. We are converted !”

“Melitta Bella Crema Espresso coffee beans are first class, everyone really enjoys a good quality cup of coffee in the morning. The normal delivery time from placing a order is 7-14 days from my normal suppliers however when I placed my order with the Melitta coffee shop it arrived the next day 10 out of 10.”

“We are delighted with our Melitta bean to cup machine which arrived at the end of last week. I’ve wanted one for ages (based on the Which reviews) but my husband felt it was much too expensive compared to a coffee filter. He has quickly changed his tune now he’s tasted the coffee!”
