“Earlier this year I bought an Easy Filter coffee machine from the Melitta website, and it's been great value for money - until I recently broke the jug. I ordered a replacement which seemed to be the same as the original, but it wasn't. However Melitta very helpfully organised a free collection and a 10% discount on a new machine, so now we have a complete Easy Filter coffee machine again - as long as I'm careful with the jug! Many thanks Melitta for a speedy solution.”

“In my email from Melitta asking for my feedback there is the line "we hope everyday is full of coffee enjoyment!" And basically, since buying this machine,everyday is filled with coffee enjoyment. In fact it's almost too easy to get great coffee to thr point that I need to force myself to drink other drinks! This is a great machine that is really easy to use and to clean! Currently I cannot fault it!”

“I amvery happy with the service I have received. “Ordering on the website and delivery was easy and efficient. I ordered the Melitta Easy filter machine to replace my Melitta café line filter machine, which is no longer available. Unfortunately I do not think that the new machine is as good as the old model. It feels cheap and is not as well designed.”
