“The quality of the work was excellent, service was very good. The only real qualm that I had, when I received my prints, was the amount of negative space left at the top of the prints. I guess, I did not realize that would be left.”

“Love the restoration of my wedding photo. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary next month. It will be out where all our guests will see!! I am sure they will want to know who did the restoration. I will be glad to tell them MemoryCherish. I didn't give a 5 star review, because no one is perfect, there is always room for improvement.”

“My photo was in very bad shape. It was torn & severely cracked. The restoration, including the color was fabulous. However, the customer service was not what I expected. The chat have incorrect information and I wasn’t happy with the email response to my questions either. I was also given a telephone number that was not in service.”

“Memory Cherish did an excellent job on my photo. They removed the creases and wrinkles from the photo and most importantly they brought clarity to the photo by removing the blurriness which allowed me to see the facial expression of the individuals. I would use them again.”

“Picture only took one revision, which is amazing considering how faded it was. The only negative was I misunderstood how to order prints. The restoration package came with some prints and I needed a few more. When ordering the additional I ended up with more than I wanted. I think it wouldn't have happened if that process was clearer! I would recommend these folks to my friends and family!”

“Amazing work, they took an old faded picture of my family and brought it to life. Allowing me to share it with other members of the family. We couldn’t open it because it was sealed so doing it this way it was Super convenient. Thanks so much for everything.”

“Prompt response to initial inquiry and all subsequent questions. Completed the order quickly. The photos were restored beautifully—I couldn’t be happier with the results. Two things to consider. A little too much up-selling. Also the Google files for the pictures made it clunky to store on my computer without the app. Overall, happy I chose MC!”

“I was so excited to see the new photo as it was from my wedding day and one of my favorite pics with my sister. The pic i sent to them had been stuck to the glass frame and there were spots all over our faces--not salvageable, or so I thought. The only reason I gave a 4 is due to the mix up in contacting me as I searched all of my emails and could not find the restored photo email. However, they did send a follow-up email referring to the email. As soon as I contacted them, I received a reply with my restored photo. I am thrilled!!”
