“The company misleads you to tell you that their artists are in high demand and then tries to upsell you to a "master artist" and then, tries to upsell you to express delivery. Photo restoration was done in less than a day, clearly computer generated. Purchased a print for $40, should have just gone with digital because you can get the same size print on Amazon for $15. Paid for an upgrade for protective coating and they charged me four times. Haven't responded to any of my emails about the overcharge. The picture looks good for a computer-generated restoration. Just be honest with people, stop with the phone upsells at purchase time. I’ll be surprised if you actually post this review, but there are other ways to get the word out if you don’t.”

“If I can put a zero review I would. Beware. This company nickles and dimes you!! This company rips you off! I paid over $300.00 for 5 8X10's to be restored, and when I received them, they were not done right. I am not happy. Total rip off. Do not use this company.”

“I was disappointed that the people in my photos were not enhanced. It was why I engaged this firm. I promised prints to family members so I proceeded with the prints. They said the people were too small to enhance. Will not use this firm again. Will search for someone who can actually enhance the people in the photo.”

“I sent a file of an old photo of my mom and my aunt from their childhood. The original was wrinkled and had a large scratched area in my mom's hair. Mark at Memory Cherish repaired the photo beautifully! It looks like it was taken yesterday. I'm awaiting my order for prints, which I'm sure will be exceptional,and then it's into my "Christmas stash" for wrapping and giving to my sons and my nieces and nephews for Christmas. “I'm a customer for life. MemoryCherish did the best job with my old and faded photos. I tried other different photo restoration services in the past (Forever Studios, Image Restoration Center and OnlinePhotoFix), but was never quite satisfied with the quality of work. “I’m absolutely over the moon with MemoryCherish! At first I just didn’t believe that they could do much better than my results so I put them and a number of “other” restorers round the world to the test. No one could, most contacted me saying too hard, one other refunded me after two weeks giving up on the task saying, “sorry too hard”. Except for MemoryCherish. The two restored images came back from MemoryCherish promptly and I was really surprised with the results. They had done a marvelous job, I was over the moon! My search is over I will only ever use MemoryCherish from now on. Sorry guys that I first doubted you……”

“I had an old faded picture of my sisters and me from many years ago and I wanted to surprise my sisters with a restoration of that photo. Memory Cherish was able to do that very thing and brought that old photo to life again, it was amazing. They took the time to adjust the colors at my suggestion and the outcome was better than I expected. I am so excited to give this to my sisters, I know they will love it!”
