The company misleads you to tell you that their artists are in high demand and then tries to upsell you to a "master artist" and then, tries to upsell you to express delivery. Photo restoration was done in less than a day, clearly computer generated. Purchased a print for $40, should have just gone with digital because you can get the same size print on Amazon for $15. Paid for an upgrade for protective coating and they charged me four times. Haven't responded to any of my emails about the overcharge. The picture looks good for a computer-generated restoration. Just be honest with people, stop with the phone upsells at purchase time. I’ll be surprised if you actually post this review, but there are other ways to get the word out if you don’t.
