“I sent two pictures. One came out beautiful however the other important one came out too blurry. To be honest they probably needed a better picture to make it right but I thought they would clear it up. I am a bit disappointed in that picture.”

“This was my second time using Memory Cherish to restore an old photo. The corrective work on the first submission was excellent and the reason I sent a second photo. This one required that I request some revisions to the work because of some obvious facial discolorations. The revisions were made in just a few days and turned out "okay," but if you looked carefully you could see where the artist covered the blemish. I will admit that this one was a bit tougher to restore than the first, and maybe my expectations were set too high given the work on the first photo.”

“Mavis and Kelly, the two I chatted with, were very friendly and helpful. However, I guess I missed the part about a colored picture, I went back into the chat place and asked Kelly if I had to cancel the order and start over again. She told me, she would talk to someone and have them send me an email. Well, I am still waiting for that. Then, I did get an email telling me to click here to view my photo. I clicked and got a thing saying I had to go to some sort of drive, whatever that is, to view it. That's when I got upset, sent an email canceling my order because, 1st, I wanted color, 2nd, all the hoops you wanted me to hop thru. Low and behold, I got an email the next day telling to just click on this web site to view my photo. Why couldn't you have done that in the first place???? I think you are a little over priced for a not color picture, $151.99, not sure about "special" people to reproduce, but, it was better than the one I had that was 54 yrs old. I feel that I should not have gone thru the internet to have this done, but, it is what it is”
