Mavis and Kelly, the two I chatted with, were very friendly and helpful. However, I guess I missed the part about a colored picture, I went back into the chat place and asked Kelly if I had to cancel the order and start over again. She told me, she would talk to someone and have them send me an email. Well, I am still waiting for that. Then, I did get an email telling me to click here to view my photo. I clicked and got a thing saying I had to go to some sort of drive, whatever that is, to view it. That's when I got upset, sent an email canceling my order because, 1st, I wanted color, 2nd, all the hoops you wanted me to hop thru. Low and behold, I got an email the next day telling to just click on this web site to view my photo. Why couldn't you have done that in the first place???? I think you are a little over priced for a not color picture, $151.99, not sure about "special" people to reproduce, but, it was better than the one I had that was 54 yrs old. I feel that I should not have gone thru the internet to have this done, but, it is what it is
