“Very nice man gave me good information on the product I bought , just a shame about the scratch card , scratched the card it said £5 of nxt purchase and its been sent to my email address, checked my email nothing was sent , tried to put the code in again and its not doing anything , mankind you need to stop giving the cards to customers knowing they don't work”

“Paid next day delivery well before the cut off time and I am still waiting day 6 of waiting, the first things if I had the heads up they were going to be useing Evri I would have gone somewhere else. I have sent email after email to both service and know one is getting back to me. If I walked out of a shop without paying they would have something to say but why can the shops take your money and not stick to what you have paid for. In my books both acts are steeling”

“Went into the Cardiff city store, only me in store and 2 male members of staff, far to busy chatting to each other, to even acknowledge I was waiting to speak to them about a product ,I was thinking of buying, eventually they stopped talking and one of the blokes came over to answer my question and before I could answer he walked off back to his mate , was then given a scratch card for guaranteed win, and like everyone else said, it’s a con. Will not go back to that store again”

“Made a purchase today. I was given a scratch and win card with my receipt and told this is for money off my next purchase. It does not work and is a total con. Surely the staff should know what they are handing out to customers! Very poor indeed”

“Strange way to promote a business. Made a purchase, in our case we were happy with it. Then we were given a scratchcard that doesn't work so we leave a poor review. Anyone would think it's just a ploy to get your email address.”
