"Very much like a lot of the other reviews of this company, I made a purchase over a month ago and they still have not even processed the order - even though they have charged me. I reached out and asked about the status of the order and just get a \"we're receiving a lot of requests\" response. I've now requested a cancellation of the order as this is not a serious company. Will not be buying from them again."

"Fraud: Bait and Switch\r\n\r\nI was attempting to purchase albums from Merchbar, the albums I selected were on sale, when I went to checkout I realized the prices were different than what was shown on site. I abandoned cart. Then immediately received an email that showed my cart items at an even lower price. I returned to my apparently saved cart only to have same situation happen. I contacted Merchbar and was passed from CSR to CSR for weeks, no one would honor the posted sale prices. Finally after many failed attempts to escalate the situation a CSR said if I paid full price they would refund me the difference - when I attempted the cart then added shipping fees that were supposed to be free and changed the currency on me. Once again CSRs passed me around until some idiot said their system was working perfectly and the issue must be with the multiple device types used to test -with Merchbar- my cart, which still had nothing to do with their automated marketing that was sending out sales items that didn\u2019t exist!!!!\r\n\r\nThis is bait & switch, posting pricing and sales that don\u2019t exist and it is fraud!!! Don\u2019t buy from these jokers!"

I asked for a replacement and they had the nerve of telling me that was the way it was.\r\n I sent them a picture of the same item sold at Amazon. \r\nIt was a T-shirt. Printed on both sides but the one they sent me was the only printed in the front!!!\r\nI thought would be entitled to a refund but they would not accept return or refund the money!!!\r\nI reported them to the Better Business Bureau."

I'm so angry I paid almost $60 US for half of an order!! How do I get this corrected?? Btw the empty sleeve has been glued shut..WTH"
