Very much like a lot of the other reviews of this company, I made a purchase over a month ago and they still have not even processed the order - even though they have charged me. I reached out and asked about the status of the order and just get a "we're receiving a lot of requests" response. I've now requested a cancellation of the order as this is not a serious company. Will not be buying from them again.

Merchbar Commits Fraud
Fraud: Bait and Switch I was attempting to purchase albums from Merchbar, the albums I selected were on sale, when I went to checkout I realized the prices were different than what was shown on site. I abandoned cart. Then immediately received an email that showed my cart items at an even lower price. I returned to my apparently saved cart only to have same situation happen. I contacted Merchbar and was passed from CSR to CSR for weeks, no one would honor the posted sale prices. Finally after many failed attempts to escalate the situation a CSR said if I paid full price they would refund me the difference - when I attempted the cart then added shipping fees that were supposed to be free and changed the currency on me. Once again CSRs passed me around until some idiot said their system was working perfectly and the issue must be with the multiple device types used to test -with Merchbar- my cart, which still had nothing to do with their automated marketing that was sending out sales items that didn’t exist!!!! This is bait & switch, posting pricing and sales that don’t exist and it is fraud!!! Don’t buy from these jokers!

They sent me a defective product. I asked for a replacement and they had the nerve of telling me that was the way it was. I sent them a picture of the same item sold at Amazon. It was a T-shirt. Printed on both sides but the one they sent me was the only printed in the front!!! I thought would be entitled to a refund but they would not accept return or refund the money!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered Fleetwood Mac's Play On..this is supposed to be a double album. Including the best of Peter Greene, Oh Well..parts 1 &2!!! Only received one album without Oh well! Bootlegging?? I'm so angry I paid almost $60 US for half of an order!! How do I get this corrected?? Btw the empty sleeve has been glued shut..WTH

AVOID MERCHBAR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! After reading up on others’ experiences, I’m convinced they are con artists. My experience: At checkout, my $250 order of a dozen LPs was placed TWICE!! — 2 duplicate orders created with the same time stamp. Contacted them right away after receiving two separate confirmation emails and confirming duplicate charges. 3 days later I FINALLY get a response from them telling me “unfortunately, its too late to cancel them because they’ve already been shipped.” I’m angry, but I figure i will just send the duplicate packages back. So they finally arrive in my building package room (building staff accepts all packages for tenants) and I email Merchbar again, to inquire about how they’d like me to go about getting the duplicate records back to them and THIS is the response I get: “We're sorry that you weren't able to refuse the delivery for the duplicate records. We understand that you would like to return them free of charge. Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to accomodate your return request, I am sorry that we're unable to. Please note that vinyl records can only be returned if defective or damaged. You may check our Returns Policy here for your reference. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Horrible. Paid full price for a new t shirt. Was sent an old, faded, clearly worn stretched out t shirt. Tried to tell me it was the “wash”. Um, No. Even the graphic is cracked and blurry. Refuse a refund unless I pay return shipping which I refuse to do. Will NEVER order from this company again.

Charge exorbitant shipping fees and product takes over two weeks to arrive. I ordered a print from them and another company, and the other company for $8 less shipping got their product here (USA major city) within days, both USPS. Over two weeks and still waiting on Merchbar.

I don't know how this company stays in business.. I ordered an album for my niece on December 12 and paid the $10.95 for expedited shipping which GUARANTEED Christmas Delivery. It's been "in transit" since December 16th and still not has not arrived as of January 6th. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the company, I kept being told that it was out of their hands because they had a tracking number and that I had to keep checking it myself for updates. It was now MY problem. They also refused to issue a refund because they will only do so if I receive the item damaged. I never received it. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal who resolved the issue in one day and issued me a full refund. Unless you enjoy aggravation, false advertising, inept customer service and a charge for something you'll never receive, do not order from this company. Check out the other reviews which prove to be very similar to mine.

They are selling terrible quality products! After I received my T-shirt before wearing them I decided to wash it (single piece with cold water). And what I saw after that was shocking! All logo had black marks (yeah t-shirt was black color) and from XL it become XXXL size. Oh and by the way label on the back was cut off. WHY? So they suggested me 5$ discount for next product. THANK YOU NO!!!!!!!!!!! Please avoid this shitty company.

Worst E-Commerce Experience of My Life Ordered a hoodie for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. I ordered the package April 8th and her birthday is June 24th, figured 2 and a half month would be enough for the package to arrive. I live in Sweden and frequently order packages from the U.S, standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. The shipping time was very long and although I could "track" my package, it seemed to be still forever. I wrote to the customer service a few times and always got the response that Covid-19 was the reason of the delay and it should arrive soon. Meanwhile I had ordered other packages from the U.S, that did arrive much faster. I received the package on July 6th and had to buy another gift for my girlfriend as the original one didn't arrive in time. After spending 50$ on the hoodie, 20$ on shipping and almost another 20$ on custom charges, I can see that the hoodie I've received isn't in new condition. The item seemed to have been washed faulty and the text on the front was smudged. When contacting their customer service about this issue, I did not receive a response. I am deeply disappointed with my shopping experience.

I purchased two albums for murph's bar one being the picture disc for The Strokes the new abnormal which came exactly as I expected my girlfriend got me a gift of is this thing cursed 180g opaque red album and it took three weeks to get here all the way from Australia to get to my door for me to find out that the album was black so pay double the album price for not even the correct color vinyl that I wanted unfortunate
