They sent me a defective product. I asked for a replacement and they had the nerve of telling me that was the way it was. I sent them a picture of the same item sold at Amazon. It was a T-shirt. Printed on both sides but the one they sent me was the only printed in the front!!! I thought would be entitled to a refund but they would not accept return or refund the money!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
