“I contacted your customer service team earlier to request a return authorization as this very beautiful and sturdy unit is simply too heavy for me. I suffer from advanced arthritis. Furthermore, I asked if an exchange for a DETECTO Slim TALK Home Health Scale would be possible. Once I resolve the issue I will be happy to comment. Thank you for your consideration.
