“It took over a month to get the product. I do understand as I ordered a bed and it needed special attention. Which BTW I was impressed on the packaging. I had emailed at least 3-4 times for updates on shipping worried due the money I spent. I did get very quick responses. I suggest somehow to keep customers updated on processing, maybe, so that there is no worry. Over all, I am satisfied with the product and the service I did get!”

“The product gets a 5 star rating. Working as described. However, I was expecting delivery sooner, within 3-5 days, which did not happen.”
