“Absolute shithousery from this company i have paid my bill proved this with a bank statement , phone bill then they adjusted the dates as apparently didn't include the last date they wanted. i changed my phone bill date then paid this as well . Emailed a full PDF of my bill now they want me to post the document before they pay me out even though same document. Every time i have provided the information they require they then want something else i have now paid over £600 to get £260 back of them and they still wont pay. If any one wants to join me in raising a complaint and there parent businesses please email darren j lindsay 123 hotmail com all one word - Gambling commision and IBAS set 3 objectives one being Fair & Open which these aren't reading these comments. I checked they are on the register so complaints made will be followed through. I worked for Coral for 10 years so no all about this and this is why i trusted them as they are on the register Raise a complaint with them at Complaints @ MFortune not there other email then forward me this also request all GDPR information and call logs held by them and there off shoots. i was also promised multiple manager call backs never received then got one that day then got one at 10.30pm when it wasn't requested which is breach of GDPR regulations. then asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasnt allowed as i had requested one previously about the same issue. JOKERS I AM GOING TO GET MINE AND PEOPLES MONEY BACK. even a bank wouldn't ask for this much or a proper high street company PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“What a crock..... been a player for a few years, loved it, now this stupid wagering requirements. Won a fair amount for a change from a piffling little bonus and had to wager 2000+. Complete joke. Have to wager 60 + from 3 pound loyalty points!! Bye bye BB a complete and utter rip off.”

“When your putting money on they dont care who's the bill provider who pays the bill what phone you have if your in debt. But when you win & withdraw lord they want your blood they want bank statements and Bill's photos your grandmas DNA!! They wanna make sure your not in debt and that you have paid your bill because they cared about bill payments when you deposit I actually won my money from "free spins" and I'd also depsoit by bank card !! If you deposit on here you might aswell get a lighter and set fire to your money because you will never ever see any returns & if you do see returns will be after a long withdrawn process”

“Terms and conditions aren't correct it says withdrawals will take 3-4 working days that has lapsed so I got in touch I have to wait another 1-2 days for admin to sort and 3-5 working days to reach my bank account,if I hadn't contacted them I would never have got my money on saying that IV not got it yet!!”

“Won £50 withdrew it then i had to contact them 3 days after for them to say theyve took the £50 because i have another account with them which i havent. I asked for information about the other account which they couldnt give me because i couldnt pass the security questions because the account isnt mine but they said if i deposit il beable to take my future winnings jokers !”

“Beginning August 2019 mfortune started wagering requirements on their bonus payments. This means if you win any money with any bonus cash they give you it's impossible to withdraw it. Used to love this site but terrible now!”

“DO NOT USE THIS APP! You are only able to deposit off free spins or by card in which you have to verify yourself. BUT if you have ever deposited by phone bill and have not got phone verification access you will not get your money. they want you to send even more documentation which most people wont have. so all money i have put in i cannot get back. this app is a SCAM! i would avoid this like the plague!”

“WHAT A JOKE this site is!!! When I had my first win of £40 I had to provide documentation to prove phone bill in my name, which I did.Won £190 on Monday 3rd June. Today, Thursday they requested more ID, proof of phone bill in my name, proof of payment of last bill, proof of debit card used to pay bill. Now I am told that they cannot pay my winnings because my last phone bill had a date and proof of payment for 28thMay. Because my last deposit was 6 th June (which is not even the date I won) they need to see proof I pay June’s bill!!!! For heavens sake. Absolutely ridiculous beyond words. My next phone bill payment date is 30th June. 6 days into having paid a bill they need to make sure I’m not in debt???? Derr I’m not in debt as my bill is up to date!!! I asked about terms and conditions. “Oh yes” said a confident advisor. I asked where it says for those using phone bill to pay does it say you need this proof. Having already during my phone call been put on hold for 3 times at my expense, I asked could they not ring me back? “Oh yes, we will in 10 mins “ 2 hours later, no call back, no link sent for T & C. When I said , well 190 would be going to pay my phone bill he had the audacity to tell me they don’t advise that. My reply, what business is it of his what I spend or how I spend my money!!!! . There are numerous review sites for this company and more bad reviews than good. Wonder why my expectations of a reply will start with, “we are sorry to hear “ ????? Look at previous replies and then work out if there is ever a positive outcome!!!!!”

“Will attempt to prevent you withdrawing your winnings by any means possible. The same goes for their sister site 'Cashmo' - Avoid and stick to reputable gambling sites and always research a new site before putting any money in.”
